Great prices on just about everything and with the holidays coming up they have deals on top of the great prices so I'm glad to pick up my Christmas decorations here

I really just went into explore the new store. It was very clean and very organized. The prices that I looked at were very reasonable.
The customer service people that I spoke with were quite informed about their area, and very friendly.

Had the most best customer service experience ever with Brian! He was very professional explained everything in detail, fast with the transaction and very attentive to my needs and to what I was looking for in a couch! He also did a great job by asking if we had rewards and I was able to apply a coupon the Modesto store didn’t mention after I’ve spent $100 on Xmas gifts. We were in and out within 25minutes ! Brian did an awesome job!! He deserves a good raise! Lol 🙂

It was a good experience. Everything was really nice and organized and staff very helpful.

Went for outside Xmas decorations. Loaded up on wrapping paper, White Elephant gifts, and a few other things. Staff was kind and helpful.

Big lots has always been a good place to go if your short on cash, this big-lots definitely has a wide selection from toys to electronics, couches and beds and holiday necessities as well. i got in and out of the store rather quick and was offered help by the employees. there is sufficient parking with wheel chair access and convenient hand baskets if your not planning to fill up a shopping cart.

The staff here are very friendly and helpful, including the manager who checks on you to see if everything is okay and if you found what you need. This is why I am writing a review, he just asked me a bit ago while I was on the recliner waiting for my wife.

This store is so awesome! It is so much bigger with a wider variety of products!! The associates were so kind and very helpful!

Purchased a beautiful cloth shower curtain to go over the liner as well as 2 matching plush bath rugs,, 1 for around the comoad for a total of $40.00. Can't beat that price anywhere. I love to shop at Big Lots mostly for my household items.

I like Big Lots because I can find a lot of useful item here at decent prices. They have nice furniture (usually Ashley) and things to decorate the home and outdoors. Staff are friendly and helpful!

I had a great experience this visit...I wish I knew the guys name that checked me out so I could give him props! He was very personable and a pleasure dealing with...you don't cross by these kinds of people very often!
