AT&T Store

I came in to switch my service from another provider and to upgrade my device. Jason was extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with; he made the process easy and even enjoyable! Daniel the manager was great, too‐-I watched him go above and beyond to help the customer in front of him. I typically hate the hassle of going into a store when I could handle a task online, but I'm so glad I decided to stop in. They helped me out a ton, and I highly recommend this location!

My experience with Bryan was amazing! He treated us better than an employee would treat a customer, he established a relationship with my girlfriend and I. He was honest, transparent, helpful, and I felt comfortable doing business with him. He guided me through the entire process from start to finish. I’ve been with AT&T for more than 15 years and this was by far the best experience I’ve had at any location. For anyone out there looking to upgrade or any other related questions, I recommend you speak to Bryan! I will be coming back to this location for future upgrades and I look forward to it!

Bryan gave the best customer service I have received in a long while. I needed a new phone and he was patient while I looked and picked one out. He was new and I asked a few questions he wasn’t 100% sure about BUT what I appreciate the most is that he FOUND OUT the correct answer instead of telling me what I wanted to hear to make the sale. I appreciate this level of transparency and will continue to do business that this location. Go see Bryan…you will not be disappointed!

Edwin was so helpful, knowledgeable and pleasant. If you feel customer service is a lost art, you have not been to visit the two gentlemen at this AT&T store. Excellent, would give them 10 stars if possible!

Excellent experience at this store. I had purchased a new Samsung phone and visited this store to have my old phone transferred over. Jason provided excellent customer service and made a seemingly complex task, seamless. Too easy.

If you guys are looking for a great sales person Anthony is the one! He got me all set up and really knows what he’s doing. Super friendly. Any questions or concerns just ask him and he gots the answers. Definitely will go to Anthony from now on!

I was greeted right away and was helped with my issue of transferring data from my old iphone with a different carrier to my new galaxy S22 Ultra. He promtply answered all my questions and put on a screen protector and set me up with all the other accessories I needed. This is my first time switching to AT&T was very pleased with how professional and friendly the representative was. I also noticed how clean the store looked. There were 2 representatives there and it was impressive how they handled calls coming in and greeting other customers. Being an owner in my own business, I can asure you have quality employess that are an asset for AT&T. You should reward them generously because company owners like me are always looking for great employees.

The wait was very minimal and Daniel Vasuuez was great to work with. I got to the store right before closing and he didn’t ask me to come back. Customer service was great!!! He worked passed closing so that my phone and everything I needed was taken care of.

I went to the ATT store at 24th and Walnut in Rogers, Arkansas to get information about new phones for my family. I was lucky to be waited on by Daniel V. I can say that he gave me and my family the best customer service that we have had in years. He not only gave us options on the phones with pros and cons for each. He was able to look at our account and find ways to save us money while giving us all of the services that we wanted. He did this while being charming and respectful. ATT is very fortunate to have an employee as committed and knowledgeable as Daniel. We will always shop at this store!

Every time we go in we deal with Daniel ! He is such a great dude that genuinely helps his customers the best was he's capable ! I've seen him handle 3 customers at once and never miss a beat ! Good job bro !
