7-Eleven

This 7 eleven is the best . Close to my house, always go there for gas and some snacks with my kiddos .Never have I ever had any kind of issues with this establishment .
All the cashiers are awesome. Great prices and clean environment. Yadira ,the manager ,is an awesome person .

Some of the employees are rude but if you're nice they are

Reasonably clean. The food is ALMOST fresh. But the cashier is horrendous, doesn't speak English and desperately needs to be retrained.

They say there open 24 hours, but the cashiers in the midnight shift close and lock there doors at what ever time they want. It's very inconvenient when I'm or any one is looking for a gas station to pump gas or what not, and the cashier won't or doesn't want to attend to you!!! Sitting here at the pump she has turned away over 10 to 15 individuals including g myself! She even turned away an metro dade police officer! I don't know if she just don't want to work or if it's really not 24 hours.

Then Spanish cashier handed everyone change in there hand except mine cuz I'm white .

Cannot punch in my phone number at pump to access the 11 cent discount. They said they could do it inside but it still didn't show the discount so had to cancel the sale. Was an unnecessary time wasting fiasco. I'm a very efficient individual so this was just ridiculous to deal with. If the pump won't allow to put your number in here just go to a different 7-Eleven because the others all seem to work so far. This is the only one that doesn't so far. Staff is nice but Spanish speaking only and I'm not fluent in Spanish yet. It's a lot more helpful when staff are at least speaking some English and we can have a spanglish routine going on. They gave me a receipt for my refund but has been a week now and no refund in my account yet, I'm pretty furious right now. I consider it a rip off to pay for fuel when the staff can't figure out how to implement the discount and now theft for not giving the refund when I decided to not accept the rip-off and get a full refund instead. Now, I have to report the issue to my bank to make sure this is resolved. This gas station branch should be shut down and close permanently. Never had such big issues ever from a gas station. Ffs keep it simple and easy...and make sure the discount works, otherwise instead of pleasing your customers you infuriate them. Just reported to my bank and next is 7-Eleven corporate headquarters.

As you can see the sticker has been tampered with ... I went in and reported it but I did get my card info stilled last month and I usually pump gas here because it’s cheap and by my house.

I went to buy a soda and I thought the soda was awfully expensive for a personal sized bottle, which was $1.98, when I went to go checkout, the clerk named Maria charged me $3.46. I questioned why it was so expensive and she told me in a joking not to buy it, I thought it was very rude of her to say that so I asked to report her to her manager, she refused to give me the name of the manager and gave me a very sassy “have a nice day” on my way out.
