One of the lock nuts on my bike seat came off and my bike seat was falling off. Due to the location of the seat springs it was difficult to access the screw, I didn’t have the tools that I needed at my seasonal condo, and it was difficult to figure out which size lock nut I needed. Steven and Craig from Ace Hardware to the rescue! Steven values customer service and he had me bring my bike to the back of the store and he introduced me to Craig. Craig struggled to find the correct size tool to remove one of the remaining nuts so Steven could match it up. Craig never gave up and persevered until he finally got one of the nuts off. He handed it to Steven the hardware expert who found a package of screws that matched perfectly. Craig once again overcame all of the painstaking obstacles it took to get the new lock nuts onto the bicycle seat. It was difficult, time consuming, and he never gave up. Craig and Steven truly exhibited what great customer service looks like. They both represented Ace Hardware very well and Ace Hardware is lucky to have two dedicated people as valuable members of their staff. Thanks to Steven and Craig, I will always go to Ace Hardware over those off island big box stores where you are just a number.

I don't know about you but when I drop 5k on a six bedroom vrbo for a few days i think it should come with a waffle maker. But if you love making waffles for your friends as much as i do, well you are going to go get that appliance and not even complain to the property management firm.

Especially when you get to go to a clean and helpful place like Ace Hardware. This one is big and well lit, stout like a place that sells hammers should be but soft enough to carry waffle irons. You may need to ask for directions because there are multiple rooms.

I left, appliance tucked under my arm, thinking that it was a very American experience with nothing to complain about and perhaps even a shade of gratitude that the poorly stocked mansion gave me an opportunity to venture out into the bright day and visit this store.

We had an amazing experience shopping at sunshine. Missi was a huge help when it came to picking out colors and recommending painters. We did our repaint about 7 years ago and we couldn’t be happier. Picking Benjamin Moore was the best decision we made. I truly recommend visiting this store and speaking with Missi for your painting needs.

Everyone was very friendly and Helpful. A bad thunder storm came in while we were shopping and store Manager was assisting customers to their vehicles. We walked and the store driver gave us a lift to Public’s across the street. Thank you for the great experience.

What a great hardware store. Stocked with great tools and everything we need saves us from driving to lowes. THE EMPLOYEES ARE AMAZING! So much better than the other ace hardware on the island.

Yesterday I was at Sunshine Ace Hardware on Marco Island. What a pleasant surprise. Not only is the brick and mortar attractive on the outside, the people working there are just as impressive. I needed a couple of keys, a basic service. A gentleman who’s name I don’t recall approached me asking me what I was needing. He immediately took the key I needed duplicated and headed to find another employee to finish the task. Well, that employee happened to be out of the building and the gentleman immediately started the key making process himself. Now I know by his facial expression that when he initially approached me in the front of the store he was on his way to doing something else, but put it off to help me get what I came for, (for my benefit). I know that this might seem like high praise for a simple task but my point is about the attitude and personal experience I had there. Today I’m going back for some fishing equipment I saw there. The store has an incredible amount of fishing related items. This particular location will surprise you in many ways. Thank you for the keys, by the way. They work perfectly.

What great service at Sunshine Marco Island today. They even brought out my new pair of Milwaukee wire cutters for me!

Great service. Needed fittings and could only get to Marco by boat. They delivered the parts to the marina. Very small sale for the trouble they went through. I do business with other Sunshine Ace stores but this was the first time doing busines in Marco. Thanks to the manager and others we have hot water tonight. Thanks Steve.

After bad instructions in the store on how to buy planting soil I had to go out to an unprepared site to get the item, go back to the store to pay for it and then leave it. All of this talking to rude cashiers attendants.
That was my last visit to your store for sure.

I was pleasantly surprised by the actions that Brian took to correct my bad experience at store. It was a Fast and effective way to handle customer care. Congratulations to the management. I must review my resolution to make that my last visit. I am sure we can make it work out on my next one.

Went there to pick up a few things while down on Spring Break. I left my wallet there and the manager hunted down my phone number and left messages at my work and with a co-worker. I was in the store right before they closed and got a hold of him while he was walking out the door and I said I would head back that way and he brought my wallet to my resort! Amazing Service going above and beyond!

I'm here at least once a week. With a tricky project, sometimes multiple times in a weekend. ALWAYS helpful and excellent customer service. Missi in paint is a PRO and Manager Scott an awesome new addition. Thank you Sunshine Ace for providing Marco thus great store.

Having run Hardware stores for over 20 years, love the local Hardware Store. Would like to see more assistance in the paint department though. When Missy is off it's hard to get help.

Ace was even well staffed and certainly greatly appreciated following hurricane Irma. With the power down and registers off, checkout was accomplished with pencil, paper and calculators. With no scanning, patient customers were left to convey the proper prices at checkout.

Love the helpful people here. Go to Lowe's and you might as well be in Siberia looking for help, and the Siberians don't speak English and dont understand anything mechanical. No offense to real Siberia. Unfortunately my last two visits to Ace hardware weren't so good I went looking for numbers and letters for my boat they have them in spades but the two hooks that were empty where the letter f and the letter l. They've been empty for weeks. Those are really the only important numbers you need in Florida for a boat. Today I went in looking for little wire brushes they have Ace brand little wire brushes in three packs, they have four hooks of little brushes, 1 Hook is nylon brush one Hook is a brass brush and the third hook is a stainless steel brush and the fourth brush hook is a stainless steel brush just like the other, as they have for hooks and three styles of brushes 3 per pack they could have had a fourth hook with a variety pack one of each brush especially since all their packs are three packs. There was an ace employee in the aisle where I was looking at brushes busily straightening out the shelves I turned to him and try to explain my frustration with their products he was looking at me I thought he was listening I thought I was talking to him but then he started talking to the voices in his head oh yeah he has an earpiece he ignored me turned and walked away I felt like I was talking to a robot. Usually when I talk to someone there most but not all of them have an attitude.

Local contractor, spend over 20k a year here. Shop at all Ace hardware in the 50 mile radius. By far the most courteous and helpful staff, (all of them) I have delt with in 30+ years in the construction business. I deal more with Bruce than the anyone else, he should make their manager and sunshine ace very proud of him!
