The two young ladies at this location here in OldTown are AMAZING and go above and beyond their jobs and deserve a lot more then they get these ladies went through alot with me trying to figure out what was wrong with my phones due to will not charge we have done everything to try and fix it. I want to thank you guys SOOOO much for the BEST customer service I will see you guys tomorrow for our new phones and for now on you will CONTINUE to have our services..

I asked for a Samsung S series phone & was told they don't make them, anymore. This manager will say anything to make a sale. She could have said, "We don't have them, " or, "I could get you one, " or, "We have these, instead. " She didn't. She lied. They also insisted on setting up the phone for me, & I not only spent the better part of a day removing all the bloat that had been put in but already had gone through 1.5g of data, when I opened up Settings.
