Every time I call up there to get store hours at a talk to someone it rains they pick up and hang up they don't say anything they just hang up and I call several times. If people do not want a job they should not go to work and take things out on people,

I went back to the store and found out the problem with I was dialing the wrong number because the ads on googleand the for the store they give you the wrong number the phone people gives you the wrong number so on that last number should have been a nine and they can't redo it so that's why I was a misunderstanding and hang ups because it was calling someone's personal house and not the store but it gives you the store number in the ads if you Google it ,so I rate the store now with 5 stars now

Whatever you do. Don't I repeat don't buy their ice cream. It is melted and then refrozen and they don't tell you that!!!!!!

Employee wasn't friendly. Go down the street Mobil orange ave, the employee is very friendly than this gas station.

Definitely not 24/7. It’s 301a and the doors are locked. Can’t make in store purchases but open for you to use your card at the pump. Just go to Wawa on kings hwy where you can order food, go inside and not be stereotyped.

If this wasn't one of the cheapest stations in the area I wouldn't be throwing the 2nd star in this review, 7/11 corporate I really hope you're seeing this. I come here almost everyday spending over $200 in fuel and after a long day one of the things I look forward to is a ice cold slurpy, as of yesterday I saw the Coca-Cola flavor is now gone, big mistake there but that really doesn't matter does it when the slurpy machines in this store are either never on or not working day in and day out. Big disappointment especially since this is a busy store. The hot food is almost never fully stocked. It just seems everything half a*ssed here and it's really a shame since this is a new store. Corporate, you need to send observers or something here to get things right or soon your customer base will start to dwindle and go else where even if it's an extra few miles down the road for almost the same prices for fuel and better upkept facilities. Just saying. Horrible.

Very rud don't like to help

I love 7 eleven hot dogs, but this place never has them. Someone mentioned a buzz cut lady who was rude to me also. I guess I'll go back to wawa were hot food is always available and friendly staff.

If I could give no stars I would. This place is so unprofessional, no mannered employees, coffee machines are never in order. Y’all need to shut down and find better employees. No wonder no one stays and works.

Older lady with very short hair, working nights she practically has a buzz cut. Just trying to correctly give a description, was horrible to me when I asked for help. I literally didn’t see any IPA’s stocked and simply asked if she’d go in the back to see if any were there. She yelled at me and told me “if you don’t see it we don’t have it.”
In no rush to help me as a customer or satisfy my engagement.
I settled for a 6 pack of IPA which caused a disruption with my husband but I was having friends over so I settled.

When I got to the counter I grabbed the wrong debit card and the cashier said “seriously? Really? This some bills hit. You sit here looking for beer for 10 mins and have the wrong card.”
Even if I am procrastinating and being unorganized this is NOT how you treat a customer. I’m disappointed and disgusted. She was treating other ppl poorly too. 711 will never be a place I ever go again and I’m telling all my local friends

I have NEVER been treated so disrespectfully until tonight. At 12:46am the woman running the register was not only on her phone talking away to someone else she was disgusting towards both my husband and myself, he asked "Can I please get my sandwich heated up?" which she responded to with "I don't DO food AT THIS HOUR." and followed it up with a "If you had said please I MIGHT have done it." It was as simple as a Cuban sandwich being pressed for him. This location needs a HUGE reworking of their staff.

Don’t come here if you need gas. Pumps almost never work. Also don’t come here if you need snacks, internet is almost always down too. Place is barely a year old and trashed out so soon. Sad.

Horrible employee I paid for a car wash at the pump and came in to ask for a receipt for my code and then please said that had nothing to do with them rudely. Like what’s up with the attitude if you don’t like your job there’s always other places to apply to.

Never got my $12 wash refund.

I used to come here every, but now I try to avoid it.
Pumps are ALWAYS super slow, pump receipt is ALWAYS empty and the hand sanitizer on the side of the pumps are ALWAYS empty.
Try to save yourself a headache and AVOID this place.
