Piggly Wiggly- Ahoskie

This is one of the better Piggly Wiggly stores in NC! I go out of my way to shop here over Food Lion.

I love this store!!it just takes me away from the norm... people are extremely friendly and helpful

Had exactly what I went there for. Needed large jar of sour pickles and ox tails. Freshest meats and different kinds of meats.

Went in briefly too but a few groceries, said hello to all the customers I saw,and came Home.
Store was very clean,as usual.

Had everything I needed and very fast checkout.

Wasn't my original Piggly Wiggly but I wanted some rutabagas and while I was in town I decided to stop to this Piggly Wiggly there wasn't any fresh rutabagas at this store .However I located the can rutabagas, they was perfect. I'm sure it was fresh before I arrived that evening.

Great selection of grocery items. Only store in Ahoskie that still cuts meats to order for customers. Very clean and well run. Great selection of locally grown fruits and vegetables. Comparable prices to other grocery stores.👍

Friendly and courteous service, hometown folks that go out of their way to help you, they still have their own butchers for the best cut of meat, a great place to shop.

I like the service there. I'm pretty much satisfied with the most of the prices there.i am please with the most of everything, I will be glad when everything get back to normal, yes I will that will be so nice,l really like shopping at Piggly wiggly the prices are not so bad they are high everywhere I guess we have to go with the flow, be bless everyone,

My favorite Piggly Wiggly so far this store has anything and everything you could possibly think of and items you wouldn't expect that you end up putting in your cart! OK prices and the staff were friendly.

Their Store is so much better than Food Lion in Murfreesboro. They have things other stores do not have. The store is cleaner than Food Lion . They have a great selection of beef . Etc etc

I live this store good prices in meet not to mentioned potatoes and onions. And recently had a check issue involving someone cashing a check I had written them and they took it to this store and cashed it b4 the date on check. It was handled professionally and I was not held responsible for someone being greedy. Thanks Joe

I love this place. This is the only place I can purchase freshly cured pork, reasonable prices, country spices and fresh produce. Anything my grandmother made it used when I was a little girl I can find at the Piggly Wiggly unless it's just not being produced anymore!

Piggly Wiggly is MY store! Being a single mom the prices are always right for my pockets! The associates are wonderful. They will even take your groceries to your vehicle for you for FREE! Simply put, this is old fashioned charm. There are little baskets for the children to push-(definately useful to avoid the sneak attack of unexpected items that seemingly grow in your cart at the check out). The butchers will special cut your meat how you like it!! And with a smile on their faces! As if to say, "Noooooo problem Mon"! But I HAVE to tell you about the treasure...Being a Chef my favorite spot in the store is the hidden treasure in the right corner in the back of the store. The reduced produce!!! The store packages just rippened fruits and veggies at a discounted price which is PERFECT for us. We have an overflow of vegetable omelettes and all kinds of healthy smoothies and shakes- DAILY. Yes Lord!! I eat clean therefore it's a triple blessing for me. I can afford it. I get to feed my family what we love and IN abundance. And it's always there. Plus my son gets a free balloon with every visit WITH a smile. Blue please.🎈There's NOTHING like the satisfaction I get from shopping here. My shopping experience is always a blessing to me and my family. Sometimes before I pull off, I glace over. I look at the pig on the building overhead and say out loud, " Lord, you did it AGAIN". It doesn't feel good when you can't eat what you like when you want it. This store loves me I'm convinced. I often leave out with some change too and when I don't I'm ok with that because I KNOW I got my money's worth and I am well pleased. We LOVE you Piggly Wiggly. Wow,I just hope they keep their service perfect as it was during my visit,where else can you get a month's worth of fresh pork chops for $12.00? Gotta love that pig,and save that cash,lol....

Clean, wide aisle, well stocked, and the meat department is fantastic.

Piggly Wiggly (The Pig) is my grocery store of choice in Ahoskie! Super friendly staff and employees, super clean store, theeeeeee best salad bar in town (pre-COVID), in-store bakery, down-home deli! What more could you ask?

I absolutely love going to Piggly wiggly when I go to North Carolina I'm like a kid in a candy store. Piggly wiggly have a variety of food's choices that I can't get in Michigan.

Wide selection of meat products and the meat prices are cheap. store is clean and the staff is always very friendly. I really like shopping here.
