All the workers I’ve encountered are knowledgeable, kind, and charismatic. If you bring up any issue to them it is quickly answered if not resolved. I noticed a lack of Produce Departments photos in the reviews so I’ve added some

My fave grocery store! Whether in VA or NC, Food Lion is dependable and consistent, and I love my MVP savings!

Good store. They always have decent fruit. The check out workers are very friendly, the people at the delli are very helpful I always order my kids cakes from here they are very good and they have really good prices. They are always having a sale on something or another.

Food Lion is my store. Every one is friendly and I feel safe shopping there. Mask wearing is required for every single person who works there and shop there and I think that's very important right now.

This is my local Food Lion store and I must say I am pleased with the service and the check out lines. If I can not find an item I just ask any employee in the store, and they will walk to the correct isle. The cashiers are friendly and fast. Yes I love this store!!

I like this store better than the one closer to where I live in Murfreesboro. This store is cleaner, brighter and the employees are more friendly. Not that the employees are bad or mean at the one I Murfreesboro it's just a totally different atmosphere in Ahoskie. It also seems like the Ahoskie store is better stocked most of the time. There's times I goto Ahoskie and the meats that are on sale are sold out but I always find what I'm looking for, for the most part. I just like the Ahoskie store better, and I don't mind having to drive further.

This is my household grocery store. I tell everyone I know to check Food Lion first for any grocery specials. Especially downloading the digital coupons and MVP specials.

I ordered a fruit basket from there for a friend that had just came home out of the hospital, and it was beyond my expectations, really nice, I will definitely be buying more at some point..

This is one of my favorite stores to shop in my community. It's always clean, stocked, has a wide variety selection to choose from and the meats and produce are always fresh.
