This a great customer focused Home Depot location. I always find what I need here. On the rare occasion that I can’t find an item customer service can find it and ship it to my house or to the store

Quickly helped by a young lady. I was there just to exchange a tank of propane and I had not idea how to go about it. She was very knowledgeable and polite. Thank you so much !

Totally helpful...their PRO services are the best. Multiple years of purchasing and shopping here and never had a bad experience which is saying a lot for a big box store. I applaud them and their management team, thank you!

Five star experience on this trip to HD. First Maggie helped me find the right person to help and that was Brett B. Both went above and beyond to help me. I rarely ask for help but tonight I had an out of the ordinary request and and Brett B was amazing. Thank you!

Bree, short for Breeann, was fantastic! She stepped in for the regular cashier in the garden and was very efficient and professional. In addition, she was very courteous. She is a great asset to the cashier department.

I was in the garden center, the flowers are always well watered and the assigned cashier is aware of the customer detail, makes good valuable recommendations.

I purchased a Ryobi battery. It was defective. I called customer service and within a few minutes they sent me a new one. They recommended I recycle the old one at a Home Depot. Very good customer service!

You know I've lived in The Valley all my life I own businesses and I'm at home depot quite a bit in order to upgrade them maintain them keep them looking fresh L live I request that when I die I be cremated and my ashes be spread out throughout this home depot and the parking lot where I have spent many a great hours happy as can be

I have diy project I'm working on, so I have been in the home depot La quinta almost every day for the past two weeks. Slim, Aldo and Alfredo have been really helpful. I wanted to give them cash for their help but they said to leave a review instead. I would have been happy to give the tip and a review. Thanks guys

Garden cashier Amanda was very friendly. Found a price discrepancy with a pot. She did not even hesitate. She just took care of the issue. Great customer service. The garden center was full and very clean.

Jacob, the check out guy was very nice, polite & conscientious. I was quite pleased, since it's difficult to find anyone anywhere these days with those qualities! His mother shoulder be very proud of him. She did a good job raising him.

I love this Home Depot. Helpful employees that don't scatter when you apporoach to ask a question. They go out of their way to help. It's like family here. Really. Employees are kind, and store is well stocked and well laid out. I love this store. You will too.
