I recently purchased a Handi long arm quilting machine brokered by Buddy at Creative Stiches and had a fantastic experience. Buddy was professional, very knowledgeable and incredibly helpful. He spent a good amount of time helping me to understand all of the components of the machine, was patient in answering all of my questions, and did not rush the appointment or push me into making the purchase. He also made himself readily availble to answer any questions once I got the machine home. I appreciated his friendly , down-to-earth demeanor. I was very happy with my experience with Buddy and with Creative Stiches and will happily give them my business in the future.

Great little shop. This may not be the biggest quilt shop but they have a unique selection of fabrics and everything is reasonably priced. Friendly staff always willing to help.

Julie is always cheerful and friendly when you come to store. The fabrics are beautiful and she carries full lines of fabric. This makes working with patterns easier. I love going into Creative Stitches to shop, visit and sew.

I found this delightful shop through my search to buy a long arm quilting machine. I will soon be the owner of a new Handi Quilter Forte 24 long arm! The entire interaction has been filled with supportive and professional assistance. I tried three other brands with dealers in my area of Montana, Creative Stitches outshined all the other shops! I'm excited to start my journey with a long arm knowing the owners of this shop will be there to coach me and support me.

This is a great shop. It has so many things but most important is the friendly service. Such great people to work with. Just sad I couldn’t get the retreat in.

Excellent customer service! I stopped by the store and talked to Julie about a problem I was having with my longarm machine. Buddy came to my house that same day to check it out and came back the next day with the fix!

I have been taking beginning quilting classes here and have learned soooo much and had sooo much fun. The ladies and instructors are wonderful, and their fabric is amazing.

Service was great, very friendly they have a varied selection of everything, worth a stop when you are close. Hope to make it over again soon!
