Good place

Wasn't bad at all. Employees greeted me when I walked in and store looks to be in order. Clean floors and clean coolers. Some isls could look a little better but all in all good Family Dollar Experience. Stop by for a quick visit. 🛑

This is probably the closest general store by me and so far no issue with the place or staff. So good!

Customer service is about the customers. The young man that checked us out was ratchet. He was on the phone via holding his phone could hear his conversation. Very unprofessional. Cursing out loud. He stayed on the phone the whole time. I felt uncomfortable and somewhat embarrassed. I feel like this behavior was very disrespectful.

I went to family dollar because my son had just left the store. He said mom bookings are on sale for a dollar. Remember he had just left and I arrived about 4minutes after him. The clerk told me she was out of bookings and there were no customers. How was that possible and he had just seen a box full. I'm so tired of them lying just to keep something for there self or their self or their family. Something needs to be done. This was the Boardman store. Store #12462
