Food Lion

This Food Lion is located just off Hwy39 in Henderson NC. A 5 Star Service to the community that filled with the goodies 😀. Our visit there was a need for chips before hitting the road back to Virginia. This is a favorite stop in times pass. The facility is clean and there are plenty of products to choose from. 👌 The Associates are welcoming and always asked if you found what you were looking for. Yippee Go By! Well, I got run. Good selection, friendly staff. Produce and gluten free item selections are great.

As soon as you walk through the door, you'll be walking into one of the cleanest and well-organized stores in the chain. It's clean, well kept, and brightly lit. The aisles are are always fully stocked and there's no dust on the product like you might see in other grocery stores. The meat is packaged well, looks fresh, and that aisle has a wholesome appearance. The produce is always fresh and tasty as well. The dairy aisle always has someone stocking, so you know it has to be fresh as well. The staff make you feel like you're a king, and you feel like you're their only customer. A bonus in this store is that it has a pharmacy, and the 2 pharmacists are always on top of the prescriptions, and work to get us the lowest cost. I gave this store a 5 star only because 10 wasn't an option.

Good store cashiers friendly and always have my products I need in stock. So yeah shout out to Food Lion man all day everyday 😀✊🏾👏🏾

Great store. Excellent customer service. I just recently had to have open heart double bypass surgery and the cashier noticed that I was having a hard time and immediately came to the rescue. I really appreciate that because I was not supposed to be lifting over 8lbs. or bending or pulling etc. I had only had the surgery 2 weeks prior to that but I had to go to the grocery store. Once again thanks for the wonderful customer service at the register as well as the bag boy who took my bags to my car.

I had a great experience at Food Lion. There was an abundance of parking, the store was well organized and clean. The staff there were very responsive and cordial.

The food is always fresh and appearance is appealing. The employees are always nice and helpful. My concern is they never have the same employees for more than a few weeks and they always have openings. Makes me wonder about management and how the employees are treated.

This food lion gave me my phone after leaving it at the register with cashier 0220.
I had stopped by this supermarket on my way back to New York. The cashier was so sweet. After talking to the cashier I didnt realize i had left it on the counter. After leaving the supermarket i went to the subways right next door still not realizing i had left my phone at Food Lion. While walking to my car a woman from food lion stopped me to hand me my phone. Girllllllll was I shocked, i mean who hands someone a new samsung phone, certainly not where im FROM.. I am forever grateful to those girls at food lion. For this reason i had to leave a positive review. Pls if someone sees this review pls thank the woman at food lion for me.. THEY ARE AMAZING!!!!!

The pharmacy has a better price on my medications

I am visiting family for the holidays. Totally shocked that on a Sunday night the store is spotless, every register open and everyone and I mean everyone was smiling, friendly and helpful! This is evidently the result of great leadership. Kudos to the team at Food Lion on Andrews Avenue!!

I love foodlion, i save money and get points, i have a app that helps me prepare for my shopping day and it make shopping easy and cheaper then any other grocery store.

I go here because my cousin Kristie works there. She is by far the sweetest. She ks always working hard where they need her at.

I like my food lion but when are we going to get self checkout. After all bagging is a skill that definitely escapes the employees.

Love it here! Nice people with good staff and great ingredients, wish they had a little bit more of an asain option though, but still great!
