Jeremiah is an excellent employee. Funny, knowledgeable and quick. This man deserves a raise, don't care what he makes now. We need more parts people like this. Came in for ratchet straps and my car wouldn't start when I went to leave. He tested the battery, which was good. We figured to go ahead and take off the starter and bench test it since it would not start. So I did. He had the great idea to bench test the brand new starter, just in case. Not often, but I have gotten a bad part straight out of the box, so I was thankfull that he offered to test it before I put it on. Thank you Jeremiah for your amazing customer service.

Once again, AutoZone and their outstanding employee Chris give me the help and direction I needed to keep continuing on my trip! FTR, the reason I'm having so much trouble is I bought an old truck 1200 miles from home, trying to get her home, and she's just not used to running like that. Hopefully this is all the awesome help that I need and I can get on home without further incident :-)

Hi, My husband and I have visited the New AutoZone in Pikeville at least five times since it opened! The employees are very nice,informative and helpful! It's convenient to locals. Help and better the community. They show teamwork, and dedication. Impressed!!
