CVS

I was @ the Turlock CVS Pharmacy on Geer yesterday for injections. Taj gave me 4 injections — two in one arm & two in the other. I did not feel a thing on the first three injections & I only felt a stick on the fourth. Taj is definitely an asset to the CVS Pharmacy & Company! Not only was he very gentle, but he was kind, patient & very knowledgeable!

Super helpful, compassionate and competent pharmacist! Her name is Seema, she helped a lot in getting my mom’s insulin shots though Walgreen waste my time at first for 45 mins back and forth saying they don’t have it! Finally I could get the med from CVS with Seem’s help!

Let me say that I was hesitant to go to this CVS based on past experiences, however, I must say that their customer service is pretty on point. I called and asked about a prescription that was supposed to be transferred over. They said they didn't have it but would follow up with Walgreens for the transfer and get back to me by tomorrow. I kid you not, the pharmacy tech called me back within an hour and said my prescription was ready for pickup. I was thoroughly impressed with their customer service and follow through. I hope this is a sign of good things to come.

This is specifically a review for passport photos and the employee Lille who took them. Lille was incredibly helpful and friendly for our kid’s updated passport photos. She went above and beyond to help us meet all the requirements. Thank you!

They are short staffed. I went a couple of weeks ago and was very pleased to get my medicine with a 10 minute wait. They closed at 9 because their hours changed due to staff. They took 4 people after me. I was impressed with their customer service! Thank you!

I have never used the pharmacy section, but other than that I usually find what I need in this store. I had a great experience with a cashier named Rodelf. I think he might be new as I have not seen him there before. However, he was nice and very fast at the checkout.

Staff are very helpful and efficient especially with shortage of staffing nationwide during the pandemic; service can be slow sometimes depending on the time of the day
