Guestroom Records OKC

Guestroom is so much fun! They are always helpful! I bought my husband a new record player set up with speakers for Christmas and they were patient and informative. I know very little about record players and they had no issue helping me learn. The quality has been amazing and we have had fun going back for more records to build our collection. They have a huge selection and it’s great to dig around for gems!

This place is off the hook nice I love it! Bought a couple records there and was happy to look through their clean selection.

Love Guestroom! Inventory changes frequently, so we probably visit at least 2-3 times a month. Great collection of oldies and new, and even rare items. Also a great place to take unwanted records, they pay fair.

We stop here every time we pass through OKC. It has been a treat every time! One of the fewer places I have encountered that you can actually snag some newer released used records. Not just older records let's say pre 2015 and older. So they have a good active inventory. (Edit, they do have older stuff too just to be clear lol)
Staff interactions have always been good. I like that they have some store swag you can get, as well as handy vinyl accessories like plastic sleeves and cleaners.
Parking kinda stinks, it's a super busy intersection at least when we are there. It always feels a little dicey backing out. Be careful!

Great spot to get LPs. Friendly staff willing to help you find what you are looking for. It can be hard to find an album as it’s a bit messy, but that really can’t be helped because other customers are just sticking stuff in random places. Good selection of shelf speakers and turntable too.

Great little shop that’s easy to get to and easy to park near. They have a good selection, at least from my perspective and taste. My wallet and I almost wish we didn’t know they existed!

Not only is this place breathtaking, but the staff is absolutely amazing. They will help you find anything and make great suggestions based on interest.

Selection is expansive. Rock to rap, metal to indie, soundtracks and jazz. Check it out!

Very well organized, great selection. Isles allowed for plenty of breathing room. Overall, great experience with friendly staff.

Great selection of Pop/Indie/Alt. The metal selection actually included metal and not my grandpas copy of Motley Crue.

Great Record store. Lots of new and used vinyl. They had miles of vinyl to dig through. At reasonable price. And my daughter loved the kitty cat!

One of my top 3hree favorite places in the world!!! I absolutely love & adore the staff. They're always so sweet, helpful, & kind to me. On record store day, they hook you up w/ donuts & coffee whole waiting in line. If something they know I like comes in, they'll hit me up or mention it when I'm in store. Guestroom Records is a total bop...highly recommend for your musical listening needs!

I love this place. Great selection of music and great staff. In addition to vinyl they sell record players, new and vintage. It's a good way to spend an afternoon.

Awesome record store! Literally tons of records! I grew up in the record Era, and album art was huge back before MTV and YouTube. Even beige streaming, you'd just have to sit and listen to the songs for the first time, staring at every detail of the album cover art. Looking through the thousands of records at Guestroom Records, I've seen a lot of album covers that take me back to those younger days. And I just love when I find a favorite album from my youth that's not even on streaming platforms.

Well-lit, spacious, modern record store with parking. The store has an amazing playlist that fits the vibe. My favorite part of this experience was being able to browse (for over an hr) through what felt like an endless collection of treasure without feeling like I was being rushed out the store. It was the most comfortable shopping experience ever! The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and available if you needed assistance. There's a "cheap" section that if you take your time you will find some good stuff for the low - low. If I saw an album with great cover art I youtubed it and found some secret hits.

It was so cool to walk into a real record store again! Great place... I'll Be Back!

Best record store in the city. They carry a variety of alternative musicians' albums there. I was surprised to find classic Goth albums there from bands like The Cure, The Sisters of Mercy, Bauhaus, Dead Can Dance, and even the Cocteau Twins. Any Goth reading this, check this place out!

Great selection of both new and used records. Fair prices and also a good selection of collectible ones too. They grade their used records very fairly and if its below NM, they'll note it and drop the price accordingly
