JOANN Fabric and Crafts

Joann Fabrics was humming with activity when I stopped in yesterday. I found everything I needed and the sale prices made it all affordable. The store was tidy and well stocked. I waited briefly at the cutting table, but the helpers were super efficient and friendly as was my cashier. It was a pleasant and productive experience... And they have some of the coolest shopping carts I've ever seen - lol!

The perfect place for all of your crafting needs. They have a great selection - I mostly use it for cross stitching. They keep a lot of thread in stock which is great. I love the hoops they keep for cross stitching as well. Always coupons and great prices.

This store has everything that a crafter could possibly want from buttons, picture frames, or holiday decor (do it yourself of course)

The staff is very friendly and helpful! I truly enjoy shopping here. However, the company needs to fix/repair the air-conditioning unit since it isn't working very well.

Extremely helpful and friendly staff. There always seems to be a deal when I need to go here to buy Cricut related materials and the like. They will also price match with Amazon which is brilliant!

On the phone I dealt with Andy who was very knowledgeable and very helpful I ended up going there in person and dealing with two ladies that were cutting upholstery for me foam cushions to replace from my couch and they were incredibly efficient knowledgeable helped me out and made sure I had everything that I needed I had such a great experience I decided to spend some more money and pick up some extra gifts around the holidays definitely a very clean and the employees are very helpful in educated

I walked in this place at 11 am.
I had X amount of money to spend for my job.
I didn't walk out of this place until 6:30 pm...

I am beyond impressed at how amazing the customer service was.
Not only was every single staff member that I encountered patient, everyone was polite, friendly and so helpful.

100% pleased and impressed.
The manager Andy, I believe, was fantastic.
He remained calm, patient and postive throughout all 570-something items he had to scan.

So once again, shout out to this awesome place and their staff.

All of the staff have been very knowledgeable on most questions. Some staff go above and beyond with their advice on projects. Parking is not always the best due to location of other stores.

I'm a businessman and know NOTHING about fabric, so when I asked for help I sorely needed it. The staff there was more than knowledgeable, and patiently answered my many (many) questions. They helped me find a good fabric for my application, and the store offered three colors of it that I liked enough to purchase. The wonderful women that assisted me went above and beyond! Because, two of the fabrics rang up at the wrong price (too much) and they graciously took the extra time to manually fix the prices for me without any hassle. The sale price was 50% off so I sincerely appreciated the value their time provided me. The ladies were nice, friendly, and laughed at my dumb jokes too so the trip there was also a quite pleasant one! Next time I need fabric to reupholster my growing teenager's chair I will be sure to go back and see them.

This Joann's has a good variety of fabric, yarn and other crafts. It is a good sized store. One time I ordered the wrong thing online and they were good about the return. Staff is helpful.

Found just what I needed for my sewing projects. Nice store, friendly, helpful employees.

Everyone at this store is so kind and considerate! Whenever I go to get my fabic measured they always help me with how much I need and suggestions with the projects I'm working on! And the people at the front register always make sure I am getting the best deal and making sure I've checked my email for coupons! I have never been to a joanns with such amazing people!! Keep up the good work!

Staff was very helpful. The young lady who was cutting fabric, she went the extra mile and located more fabric for me at a different store. She made sure they verified they had it. The fabric will be ready for me to purchase today. I am very happy.

I had to get a singer fashionmate exchanged and I was so worried I was going to have a difficult time because I had already thrown away the box. Instead the associates worked with me and came up with a solution that gave me exactly what I needed. They were kind and patient and I could not have asked for better service. Even the young lady at the cutting counter was friendly and fun to chat with while waiting for my fabric. I was especially happy that this location is now dog friendly, and my dog was able to join me in browsing for fabrics. Thank you guys for a lovely visit

Had to return a previous purchase, no problems and did not take more than a minute. Employees were friendly and helpful. The ladies room toilet could use some help as it took multiple flushes.

The manager, Andrew, helped me get my order when I was not able to go into the store. Very kind and helpful. Will be picking this Joann over hobby lobby next time for my crafting needs.

Love Joann's! Nice selection of products and the customer service is outstanding! I have always received great advice from the employees and have never been made to feel like and interruption or a bother.

I love Joanne for looking for any arts and crafts items I might need (or ones I I didn't even know I needed until I saw them lol) My only complaint if I even truly had one is they are a bit pricey but I try to always look for their coupons on line and they usually have really good ones! Customer service was very good on this visit to the one by the Fairfield Mall!

This Joann’s is pretty big, and has a huge selection of fabric spread throughout the side and back of store. I’ve been here a couple of times so far, and each employee I’ve experienced were very friendly and helpful. I will return soon.
