Came in the afternoon for a few o-rings to seal a part on my pressure washer. A very nice lady (I wish I caught her name) came from behind the front counter to ask what a needed and proceeded to walk me straight to where the parts were. Then she found the size I needed before I could even begin to read the label on the drawers. Knowledgeable customer oriented employees like her are few and far between these days. I’ll definitely be back because of how friendly and helpful she was.

I went in for a key copy and came right out 2 minutes later with 2 keys for under $5! They were about to close and they were still really willing to help me. I know how getting customers before closing can be annoying sometimes but these guys didn’t mind at all. Loved the service.

Mason did an awesome job helping me purchase a Stihl brush cutter over the phone. Fast, courteous, professional, and great product knowledge. Simpsonville, Ace Hardware, you have a great employee in Mason! Thank you for a great experience. It could not have gone any smoother.

I always go to them first before Home Depot or Lowe's, especially for the specialty hard to find items. Prices are usually better than the big stores and also the people working there are always more knowledgeable about everything they sell as well.

I had ordered a ladder from the weekly add. The ladder came with the free platform. Cooperate emailed me stating I would not receive the platform. . After calling and speaking to a call center rep, she informed me I would not get it at all. I could understand if being out of stock, she could tell me I would get it as soon as they get more in stock. Completely understandable. But to not get it at all?
I went to the Store and talked to the owner, Ben Duncan. He immediately called cooperate and got them to send the platform! That was wonderful costumer service! Merry Christmas to my husband! Thank you!

Fantastic place with excellent customer service. My 9-year-old son brought back his broken Ace hardware brand tape measure and they replaced it with no questions asked. They give much better advice than the big box stores just around the corner. If you want knowledge this is the place to shop.

Friendly and helpful staff. They did not have what we were looking for in stock but were quick to point out that they could order it for us.

The woman who works here during the day is such a sweetheart. She went out of her way to order something for me that they currently did not have in stocks. She gave me a date that it would be in. I called on that date and my order had arrived and was ready for pickup. The nicest woman you would ever want to meet especially since you were new the area after just moving here and she went above and beyond. I'm sorry I can't remember her name right now. Team was helpful. Was able to find items i needed and even was able to take advantage of additional coupons from their mobile app. $5 off purchase. Check out was quick and there were no lines.

Have always had friendly service at this location, and it's kept clean and orderly. One staff members saved me from having to patch a wall and suggested toogle bolts to reattach a piece of hardware. It was a time saver, thanks Ace.
