Meijer

This store is in dire need of a remodel and retraining on inventory management. The flow of the store makes no sense with the frozen items and dairy on the opposite side of the store. It needs more self scan registers or the new shop and scan kiosks. You can't reduce the amount of cashiers that drastically without installing new kiosks.

I understand COVId has slowed down distribution of some goods, but other meijers locations are handling it fine. The aisles are not labeled on one side of the marquees, and the shelves are always bare.

Well, in general I have always loved Meijer, from the beginning of me! Though good times and not so good.

Seems like right now, Meijer doing some good things... early closing hours on Thanksgiving, better store layouts, remodeling in some. Yes, in some departments (clothes) may find a little higher pricing (but still will find great sales) but the clothes and the like compared to other mass general merchants are WAY better quality.

Now, specifically Rochester Hills location. Beautiful store. But huge. Some of the item layouts don't make sense to me. Such as if you are in beverage area or paper products and decide to need a gallon of milk or something in freezer, get ready to walk. Just because some items may be grocery related does not mean they are on same side of store. And grocery and freezer items are opposite side and in the Middle of the store. Hmmm.

But I took time to add pluses and minuses, as I was thinking 4 stars just for size, placement of some items, etc. in the end all totaled - store gets 5 stars. Amazingly clean, organized, polite and helpful employees all over, and even a bakery that seems a bit above some other locations. 5 Stars. Great Meijer store.

Great location. Friendly faces, clean, organized. You can find everything here. There is plenty of free parking lot. Wheelchair accesible.

Meijer is a clean & awesome store to shop.
The vegetables are fresh, the meat selections are unmatched. The pies are awesome & delicious.
Customer service people are courteous & very helpful.

When the local Meijers Pharmacy ran out of the Specialty Script we needed, this store found a way to fill half the script in time to keep us from missing a dose. It was another 20 minutes to get to this store, so when the second half of the script arrived they had it shipped to my regular store so I wouldn't have to travel far to pick it up.

Nice job showing how the Meijer Pharmacy Team works to benefit the customer!

I'm not a huge fan of Meijer's because of how the isles are labeled and how the store is laid out. You have to be a frequent shopper to navigate them. I do, however, love this location, particularly the produce section. I was also able to get a nice pair of boots and have my prescription filled. Low key, this one is next to a Walmart, so you can get in and out fast. Five stars!

The bottle return area actually has a wash basin so you can wash your hands. Much better than those silly hand sanitizer things.

She let me sample one of their freshly baked Oatmeal Raisin Cookies and they were sooooo good I ended up buying 3 packages of them (2 for myself, and 1 for someone else)!!

Wish they had these in Henderson, Nevada. The stores are super clean. The employees are friendly, respectful and helpful. Excellent variety of groceries and merchandise in a great range of sizes. The gas station had the lowest prices in the area and the quality of the gas rivaled the name brands. No visit to Michigan is complete without visiting a Meijer store.

I wish we had Meijer in Colorado. Huge selection and great quality.

I have been coming to this meijer for 6 years and today was just phenomenal. Janet was extraordinary. 10/10 she went above and beyond to help me and I was having a very stressful bad time. Please recognize her for being an amazing human being

The strawberries look very delicious. Had a very nice experience at the deli. Everyone was very nice and helpful.
