The place is immaculate.
I honestly couldn’t give the employees and managers enough praise on how neat and tidy and how well put together this store is. As a plus size lady. It’s a headache having to search for plus size in stores. But yalls store. Has the plus size labeled. Everything is in order. There’s sizes on the hangers. And i will drive from Kingsport every time I want to shop at Burlington. Thank y’all for caring about an immaculate store!!! I will definitely tell everyone I know how great the store is 🩵🤟🏼

I love the fact that Burlington is now on the VA side so that I don't have to pay the TN state sales tax, which is almost double what VA'S taxes are. Found some really nice tops @ a great price

Fairly clean, nice employees, and a good selection. My only complaint is the number of times I've come in here and can't breathe because it smells like a cologne bottle broke is way too many.

Great discounts store like Ross Dress for Less or Marshall's. Very Similiar type store. Check it out and save some money.

Hello, I’m giving Beth a five plus star, she was coming out of one of the doors near bathrooms and greeted me with a smile and asked me if she could help me find something, she directed me to where the item was and walked me there, great energy and very polite. Next I was in an isle and overheard a male manager and the attitude towards an associate with customers in line, the words coming out of his mouth wasn’t except able. Really should look into that.

This isn’t the largest Burlington I have ever been to, but they have a great selection! The store is also very clean and the employees are friendly and helpful. Recommend checking it out!
