Really enjoyed lunch here today. Woman was very very kind and thankful. Food was served quick and hot. Would definitely stop here again.

You’re not going to go here because bright and shiny sign caught your eye or because of some Pinterest-inspired design ideas are stapled onto the walls. Nope. You’re going to go here because you’re going to get excellent Chinese (American) that’s so far above the insta-worthy chains. That’s it. That’s all I’m giving you. Ok. Ok. Here’s a picture. You won’t be sorry you went.

This place and the lady managing it deserves fifty stars during this COVID 19 situation. She was more than accommodating & sweet and you did not have to be afraid to use the bathroom because there were more than enough supplies there to take care of yourself while waiting for your food.... It was amazing....

The food was outstanding with large portions and for all that I would come back . The ladys that were working there were 2 of the nicest people I have ever met. Definitely 5 stars for food and 5 stars for the service.

My fiancée and I have been a here a few times since moving to the area and everything has been delicious every time we’ve gone! The service is extremely friendly and the pricing is very reasonable! Will continue to eat here with confidence!

Best Chinese around. Delicious food, and the service is great. Highly recommend any of the chicken dishes, and the egg drop soup. The sweet lady up front made and gave us a ribbon during Christmastime and we still have it up in our house.

Super good! I had the chicken lo mein and it was excellent. Will be my go-to from now on for lo mein in the area. Fresh and tasty! Plenty of chicken and sauce with the noodles. The chicken had a great texture! My meal also came with a little fried doughnut. Can't complain about that!

We were warmly welcomed in and I have to say impressed how clean and prepared this restaurant was. Masks on we ordered and was quickly seated away from others. Very busy and I can see why, the food was delicious and very fresh. And you will not go away hungry there was plenty! I would give it 10 stars if I could.
My husband Ken and I eat there often and this has become one of our favorite places to dine.

The BEST ever! We just moved here and was a little skeptical to order from a different Chinese place. We called and ordered because they were the only place to deliver were we are. The food did take a little over an hour but it was amazing. We ordered 2 Sweet and Sour Chickens with Fried Rice and that was it. They gave us 4 of their donuts as a gift and the portions were awesome. We have tons of left overs. Best service ever! and amazing food! The fried rice had beef cuts and onion in it (so if allergic you need to tell them)/

If you're visiting Bristol and eat anywhere, choose this place!!! It is not only one of the best cheap Chinese places in the Tri-Cities area, but I'd go as far to say it's one of the best places to eat in general. It's a unique hole-in-the-wall experience with flavorful and comforting Chinese-American dishes. The owners are lovely and have often given us a doughnut or two for free!!! I actually used to work for one of China Sun's competitors here in Bristol and I still preferred to go across the street to China Sun for my dinner. My partner and I are devastated that we are moving away from Bristol and can no longer get food from one of the best restaurants ever.

Ignore all old reviews. 2021 review. Amazing food. Can’t believe how good it was. The best most authentic seeming Chinese food I’ve ever had. Lady was very sweet and a heck of a cook! Huge meal. Lunch pepper steak, got soup and egg roll, came out to 9.55. Amazing deal. It also came with crisps and two sweet donuts! Pepper steak was so good and rice was perfect. Egg roll was NOT a frozen generic roll, it was homemade and authentic. Full of flavor. Wonton soup is delicious. I have enough left to eat for dinner. If you ever read this mam thank you very much for the wonderful food!

It was good! I just recently went into China sun and I felt like, warm and welcome. The woman was very nice and almost distracted me from the cashier rolling her eyes by giving me some (?) chip things? They weren’t bad so I’m not mad! She also showed me what to order and it’s been 20 min (fingers crossed) and I haven’t thrown up! So I’d say it’s probably a pretty clean place to eat! One fun part of the staff was the small Chinese boy sleeping in the corner, he looked at home and made the place feel safe. When I got my food I was walked out into the car and noticed that she had also given me a single (1) chicken wing, and an egg roll (?) that was hot pink on the inside! It was not raw it was just fluorescent pink colored! NIFTY! I ate the egg roll but passed on the wing (free of charge!) overall I’d say go check out China sun! It’s a good adventure and you never really know what you’re going to get, if I could give it more stars I would.

My sister and , I were coming from Pa back home to Ga and ate here. It was so delicious. The lady was so nice. I keep the menu to save the address to come back again.

Great place to eat, always welcoming. The lady here is so nice, friendly, and helpful. We have ate here at least once a month for a year now. We’ve tried all sorts of entrees here and soups! Each of them has been delicious.

I ate here years ago and it wasn't bad, but since then, a new owner/cook bought the place and the food is beyond better. I went on 04/2019 and had the Mongolian beef. It was delicious! If you had them in the past, don't judge them by that as it is no where like it was.

I'm shopping 2 times this week and it's always delicious. I used to ask for Door dash before, always was perfect.

The best food! I ordered two times for delivery and yesterday I went to the restaurant and it was even better!!! The pepper steak was amazing💕. The owner was very helpful with everything and she was very nice.

I'm not going to lie, we walked in thinking this would be another basic little chinese restaurant, but boy were we wrong. The server was very kind, and hard working, and the food was reasonably prices, plentiful, and very delicious. I suggest getting a combo which comes with your dinner meal (I got sesame chicken), an egg roll or spring roll, rice, and soup all for like 12 dollars. We will definitely be back 😁
