Great experience! Needed a receipt reprinted from a transaction from a few weeks ago to submit for a corporate card expense report. Gave them a call and the nice gentlemen did not hesitate to take on the challenge to search and locate the transaction and email it over. So grateful for his willingness to serve a customer in a bind.

There are UPS stores, then there is the UPS store in La Grange, owned and managed by Tony Brock. We do a lot of different types of printing jobs and large banners and with Tony’s desire to serve his clients, he has definitely “earned” our business!
It is so refreshing to have a printer that their first goal is SERVING their customers needs. He’s pleasant, fair and ethical. Best customer service within miles!
