Whataburger

I've come to this one several times, and each time the place was clean, tidy, and peaceful. Foods always delivered fast, and hot, and filled to the brim when you get milkshakes. Staff is also very nice, especially Rebecca and Shay.

2nd & 3rd time ever to a Whataburger! Great food & service!!! Manager Tanner was very nice & even gave me a Whataburger Cup, Sunglasses & Keychain!!! Don’t get to Texas often due to being a trucker, but always try to come to a Whataburger. Everyone was very kind and helpful! Can’t rave enough about the “spicy” ketchup! Breakfast was good as well! Thank you!!!

I was in the market for a new car last Friday. I was looking at an SUV but realized they were out of my price range. I like Honda's and kept my last Accord for 11 years. I shopped around at various dealerships from Justin, Roanoake, Flower Mound, Denton, Saginaw, Arlington, and Watauga. I couldn't find what I was looking for. My last call was to Elizabethtown. I spoke to Bob Napoletan. I found him to be very helpful. He invited me in and told me he had some cars I might be interested in. I drove almost 40 minutes, and it was the worth the drive. I found Bob to be very pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful. He really took a personal interest in me and made me feel very comfortable. It was a pleasure doing business with him.
I give Bob an A++. He helped me to find the car that was in my price rang and is perfect for me. I love my new Accord!

Told them my wife was pregnant and she wanted a lot of extra pickles on her burger
And they absolutely delivered, I really appreciate a good working group of people that take care of the people they serve, the people on building station need a raise!!!!

Burger was delicious! First time eating there and was impressed. Fries were mediocre, but the burger makes up for it!

Way better food and service. They definitely made some improvements. Recent visit was an A+

We neglected to get her name but watched an employee with an incredible work ethic while we were eating on 8/25 at 8:30pm. She worked the counter, cleaned the dining and drink area, delivered food inside and outside, emptied all the trash receptacles, and refilled the tea containers all while being quietly pleasant with customers. Seeing this young lady being so productive made this particular visit much better than some other locations.

No one’s perfect and I think all fast food places get your order wrong sometimes. But when you call back and they’re super nice and the manager apologizes and offers you a free replacement the next time you come in that’s a big help! I highly recommend this Whataburger, as I do, all Whataburger’s! I had In and Out the other day for the first time and let me say I’m not impressed! Whataburger for life! lol 🙏🏻👍🙌👊🏼🫶🏼

So good !!!!! I come here often, and every time is amazing. Fresh food, very consistent , very nice staff.

My family and I had dinner there today along with our mother in law and sister in law. I would like to thank “RON”, the manager who was kind respectful and great personality. Took our order and kept a conversation with us. Great person and would like to give him a nice review. Great customer service!

This was the best burger I've ever had the privilege to enjoy! The service was outstanding, all employees were kind, and helpful. The dinning area was very clean, and the food service was fast. We didnt wait more than 10 min for a group of 4 dinning inside. Was just wonderful!

Our spot when we're in the area with MWS construction and Crestwood group. Food is Good and service is good & fast.

Ever since the new Manager Ron has taken over my opinion has completely changed about this location.
Side note- I am a dasher and I used to wait upwards of 45 minutes for orders. I hated accepting orders for here.
But now...! I come in and the service has improved plus I'm in and out within only a few minutes.
Whatever you're doing Ron..THANK YOU!
Ontop of everything Ron is so good with the customers and the staff is getting better as well!

I was visiting from outside of california and this was my first time at Whataburger. And it was great! The food was good and service was amazing. Don’t understand where the bad reviews are coming from. Ron I’m guessing who is the manager is awesome. Service is perfect from him. Very friendly. Definitely coming back.

Late evening order, store was nearly empty, still took over 20 minutes to get my order. All the teenage workers were in the food prep area playing grabass while my bag sat on a counter. The "manager/supervisor" was doing more work than the people he was supposed to be in charge of.

Update: Went back and it was a totally different (and better) experience. Great and friendly service, and hot and fresh food. Overall a great experience.

As much as it pains me to say it because I love Whataburger but our last couple of visits here have not been great. Our last visit was a total bust. The guy taking our order clearly didn't want to be there. He couldnt even give out a hello when greeted. The food was sloppily put together and did not taste great.

Great Whataburger! The burger was so fresh! Fries were awesome. A top tier Whataburger.

Called this location for some King of the Hill trivia and was passed to their King of the Hill expert who knew the answer to my question. Thanks from South Carolina!

I can't believe that actually worked as this was the very first and only location I called. Is everyone in Texas that big of a fan of the show???

Ordered a breakfast burger with hash browns on the side - it was rang up properly but received burger with hash browns on it :( while it took less than two minutes to receive the initial order, we waited over five minutes for the remake.
