I went in to do a trade and purchase a game. The staff were helpful and quick. They also were knowledgeable enough to answer all my questions. I also wasn't up sold to! I would recommend this location to anyone.

Amazing customer service! Nicholas was very helpful and knowledgeable. He made our experience pleasant and efficient. Businesses these days seem to be more focused on quantity instead of quality. It was such a nice change of pace to actually be valued as a customer.

By far the best game stop I've ever went to! And it's because of the customer service! They offered they're help if we needed anything and also gave us space without asking every five seconds if they could help us find anything like most places! And when I asked questions or needed help they were very helpful! The guy that checked us out was awesome, and funny, and also helped me make sure I got as many of the good deals as I could and somehow saved me even more money! I'm pretty sure his name was Nicholas, and I think he needs a bonus or a raise or something! Haha

Sarah was super knowledgeable and kind. They make working retail during a pandemic look easy even though it's not! Thanks for the help and excellent service!

I'm not a very big gamer, but I enjoy a week of doing nothing but playing games every now and then. I stopped by GameStop just to poke around and settled on Uncharted 3. I was prepared to buy it new for $40.00, but when I was at checkout, an employee named Jesse asked if I had played the first two yet. I hadn't, and wasn't really interested. I told him, and he (very politely) talked up the two games to such a high extent, and mentioned that I could get the other two games for $17.00 combined. I was kind of in a "whatever" mood, and he noticed that I was trying to buy the new version of Uncharted 3. He immediately said he had a used copy in the back. I ended up paying $30.00 for all three games, when I would've paid around $60.00 initially. As I was leaving, he said to call him when I was through the first half of the first game to thank him for showing me the light. (That the first two games were worth buying.) I'm halfway through and he was completely right.

Terrific service, maintained the integrity of what a business is supposed to do for its customers, and very knowledgeable about games. Made me feel part of a network. Give Jesse a raise, and throw in a high five from me.

Went to trade in an old X1, the guy was really helpful and friendly. We got my old box and new one all sorted out. I’ve had no problems with the new X. Have yet to try RD2, came bundled with fallout 76. This was the last place to have the white Xbox X at the time.

This review applies to this location only- the staff here is always exceptionally helpful and friendly. They will take time to chat about current games and will give you honest opinions. They also go out of the way to help you whenever possible.

Shoutout to whoever was running the shop on the evening of August 5, 2021. They were extremely friendly and helped me with my problem quickly. Give them a raise!

Doesn't matter who I deal with here - Dan, Cory, Christine - I always feel like they are genuinely interested in helping a fellow gamer find a new title to get wrapped up in. Everyone is always very friendly, courteous and thorough from the moment I walk in until they ring me up and I walk out.

Staff was nice over the phone. Ashley helped us at the store and she was great. Pretty normal GameStop though, used prices on games aren’t always the best, but no real complaints.

Friendly employees and management!! Always friendly greeting you as you walk in as well as walking up to you and asking if there is anything in particular or anything they can help you with. They are Normally pretty knowledgeable as well as they have HUGE selections of stock they are selling for great price!! They will make sure if there is something your not finding there they look around and get you to another location and where you can get it at. Great customer satisfaction as well as super great environment and friendly staff will to make your experience the best one!! LOVE them, usually go every Tuesday to see what sales and deals they have on Xbox 360 and xbox one games!!

Game Stop has been our go to gaming store with incredible prices and AMAZING Customer service. Overall, the environment is comfortable for ALL ages, and always a fun, accommodating experience. I highly recommend GameStop for all levels and ages of gamers!

I had bought a used PlayStation 4 from another Gamestop the day before and it was heating up like crazy. I noticed this Gamestop was closer to my home so I decided to go in and was I happy I did. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door, I was asked if I needed help. I explained what was going on and she completely understood and I ended up spending the extra money and bought new. The gentleman was extremely knowledgeable about games and I ended up picking up 3 extra games with his help. I found my new Gamestop.

This is by far the best GameStop. The employees are kind and respectable. The overall experience of my visits have been great. I highly recommend this location. They deserve the name “GameStop Prestige”

Chase and Parker are amazing and very helpful

So i dont usually go to this location...but two days ago i had gone in on my way home from the park with my puppy to exchange a ps3 i had bought on line refurbished that the disk reader had not been working. I went in and explained to the 2 gentleman at the counter what had happened and they had said to me...we can swap it out here for you to save you the 50$ it will take you to send it back go grab b it and we will get rolling on the return process for you as it takes about 15 min...they also said it was okay for ne to bring my dog in so i didnt have to make him sit and in the car where it was cold. So i walked around the store with my dog why they took care of the paper work and they upgraded me to a newer model and let ne test it out before i left. It eas a relly good overall experience and saved me a lot of time and heartache. This is why i continue to give my money to gamestop even after all the bad things i hear about them.

Awesome customer service. Knowledgeable staff. Savvy with the industry and up to date on industry news. If you are looking for a gift for that gamer in your life then this is the place to go!

They Always take the time to answer any of my questions.
Almost every employee is very knowledgeable, and personable.
I don't know a lot about games, systems, ect...
And they will take the time to walk you through it so you know what your going to get, or want.
And they remember who you are; even if you have not been in for a while.
I definitely recommend this location over any of the other stores.
