Target always has the right things. They have a mix of groceries, toys, clothes, electronics. This one seems to have gotten a facelift in the last couple of years. They also keep it cleaner than most.

Ordered an item for online pick up and order was ready same day. Rep retrieved my item quickly when I got there. A different location was not able to locate the item I needed, although online stated there were several there..I am happy I went to this Target and got what I needed right away!

This is my local Target and I go weekly. This Target is always very clean and organized. Today i went and there were no more of the coffee creamer that I like. I asked a worker named Nathan if there were any in the back, he kindly went to the back, brought some out and refilled the section. Thank you Nathan for your excellent customer service. I was in a hurry and I really appreciate it.

Second time I’ve actually dealt with this employee and I know I’m going to spell his name wrong but he works in electronics and his name is Juakyian. Both interactions were exceptional. One time I was looking for a Roku remote and they were all out of stock but he fooled the time to offer to check the back room and he found one which made my life a lot easier. Today I was buying an SD card and he walked me over to them and seen that it was mispriced. He helped me at the register and apologized for the inconvenience. Great service and all stores should want employees like him.

A young girl name Nicole at the Customer Service was so helpful she deserves credit and acknowledgement. My daughter and I went shopping for a birthday gift for her best friend that loves Legos. My daughter and I found it online for $15.99 but when we went to the store it said $19.99. I told her let's go to the register and see if they can price match us or we're just gonna have to get it online. We went to the register the young lady told me I cannot get that price I have to go through the website. I told her, ok fine let me get the Legos so I can put it back on the shelf. It was the only one on the shelf, so I can order it through the website. Though in order to order on the website or even through the app you have to do a minimum purchase of $35. I decided to go to customer service and ask the same question. Can you price match what it says online from the price here? She looked up on her own phone And she said yes we can price match for you. She did it and she also over heard my conversation with my daughter and I said I forgot to get a gift receipt for the other gift the young lady said I can also print out a gift received all I need is the original receipt for the items. She went ahead and did 2 extra steps. She didn't have to and I do appreciate what she did and I wanted to put her out there so people know that she did great customer service and I appreciate that.

The entire process was seamless. I ordered online without any difficulty. I was told when I would get a confirmation email to pick up I picked up my order five hours later. Everything went smoothly. The woman at the Melrose Park store was fantastic - competent and helpful.
