Every time I have gone there everyone has been so helpful. Today Amy was exceptionally friendly and very helpful. I will always purchase my paint here.

These guys were awesome! Went above and beyond to help me get what I needed. I even learned a few new things while I was there. Shout out Amy and Sierra for EXCELLENT customer service!

This is one of the 3 Sherwin stores we use for our business. The staff at this store has been great to make sure we get what we need, and if they don’t have it, they get it delivered to us right away. Always friendly always with answers to customers when we are there- so it is great to see them and how they interact with other customers.

I was so impressed by the service, knowledge, and genuine interest in my project and it's success that the staff showed me. Particularly Josh and Amy we the best. I look forward to working with them again, in all aspects of the next project. They make me want to redecorate with paint my whole home.

we have gone to this location a few times over the years when we needed paint. they always seem happy to help and if they are busy they have always addressed us to let us know they will be with us in a timely manner. the last time in I was working and my wife went in for the paint we needed. she purchased 5 gallons and the employee carried it all out to the car. the place is always clean and organized.

I can't say enough about Justin who while juggling other customers took the time to help me match a tricky paint for trim on my cabinets. He basically went full-on Alchemist and matched it perfectly. while dealing with three to four other customers. All the customer's that passed through there were all impressed with his customer service.

He also provided great Insight on some future other projects I will be doing. You guys earned me as a future customer. Oh the paint is really good too.

Every time I have been to this store, everyone working was super helpful. They take the extra time to consult on colors and ensure that you have the correct products for your project. SW paint is the best paint we've ever used, but being able to buy paint with confidence makes it that much better!

I placed an order over the phone and the sales associate was friendly and helpful. My order was ready when I arrived to pick it up and it was promptly brought to my car by another friendly associate. Both of the employees I spoke with made sure that I had exactly what I needed and took time to answer my questions.

The store is absolutely pristine clean, well-stocked and the gents who work there are SO AMAZINGLY helpful, knowledgable, attentive, professional and kind! While I'm sure there are several superb associates at this store, I'd ask for Scott! He's the best! I've visited the Huntley store three times now and have been over-the-moon pleased with both service and product. It's Sherwin-Williams for me. No more big box home store paint. There is no comparison in any aspect. These guys are a first class act all around. Expect to pay a bit more but believe me it's SO WORTH IT.
Plus, you can usually just look online or on the Sherwin-Williams website for a coupon or info on upcoming sales/specials and if you ask Scott he'll be more than happy to help you find just what you seek from tape to paint trays. Lastly, Scott will make sure you take home the perfect product for your specific needs ensuring that you end up with a flawless paint job that looks totally pro with the least amount of time and effort.

My first thought was why do they need a paint store when every box store on Randall Road has paint? Man was I wrong. These employees know their paint. Scott the manager is amazing and very knowledgeable. Actual adults that have training work here and not some 19 year old that needed a job at the local hardware store. Highly recommended

Wow! service was fantastic, even located a product for me in another location and took care of all the details. Curb side pick-up is a great help since I am a senior. Will be back for the rest of the house>

The gentlemen at the Sherwin Williams store in Huntley were exceptional. They were knowledgeable and very friendly. The selection of paint colors were endless.

The store manager Scott was great. I'll be coming back to this location again dispite the competition simply because Scott was so helpful.
