Car wouldn't start in the sub zero temps, walked in and Johnathan came to let me in, got me the battery I needed and when he found out I walked (not a super far distance) he offered me a ride back home. Reminded me the correct way to remove the battery, I replaced it and the car started right up. I drove back with the dead battery to get my deposit back.

Johnathan was very helpful and friendly as was the other man working the shop, that allowed him to give me the quick ride back home in that nasty cold weather. Thank you guys!

Shout out to Joe, stopped in for a water pump and a few other things. He was a great help to me and my fiance getting us just what we needed and saved us a couple bucks. Thank you Joe! Car is fixed and my Fiancé is very happy, so I am happy. Great customer service

I have been to this location multiple times and the staff is always so helpful! I was unsure of what I was looking for specifically and Jonathan came out to my car to make sure I was getting the right parts for my vehicle! He was incredibly helpful and even brought the parts out to my car because they were heavy! I will only be shopping for car parts at this location, the service is just too good! The staff is always very helpful and quick!! Johnathan has helped me many times. When I purchased a new battery for my key fob, he changed it for me. And today I needed to purchase new windshield wipers. Any help me pick which ones were right for my car and help me install them!! Highly recommend for anyone needing assistance with car things!!!

Staff is always helpful. Never have long lines here and they stock a wide array of parts. Happy to have a quality auto store on the east side of Algonquin. I'll keep coming back for more supplies due to the good service and the location.

Chris was AWESOME this morning, helped me install my new wipers and clean off ice. System was down and had to take .y transaction manually, but kept his patience and make it a pleasant experience. This is not the first time Chris has assisted me and each time he has given wonderful customer service. Thanks Chris!!

Christopher and Travis are great guys, knowledgeable, and just good people. Christopher changed out my headlights for me in freezing cold, and it was not an easy job, the bulbs are in a difficult spot to reach. Pleasant attitude, not one mention about the cold, refused to take a tip. I will definitely be recommending them to family, friends, and anyone else looking for trustworthy service, really above and beyond!

Nick and Chris were great. They changed my headlight. It was pretty cold out today. The employees here have always been professional and helpful to me.
