I am absolutely compelled to share the extraordinary experience I had at your store, all thanks to the outstanding efforts of the assistant manager, Will. While checking out, I casually inquired about the location of cases of water, expecting a general direction. To my surprise and delight, Will not only pointed me to the back corner but went above and beyond the call of duty by offering to fetch the water for me.

Will's proactive and customer-centric approach truly stood out, showcasing a level of service that is, unfortunately, becoming rare in today's retail landscape. His willingness to go the extra mile and make my shopping experience more convenient left a lasting impression.

In a world where exceptional service is often overlooked, Will's actions were a breath of fresh air. It's evident that he understands the importance of customer satisfaction and embodies the qualities of an exceptional manager. His initiative and kindness didn't go unnoticed, and I believe it's a testament to the positive atmosphere he creates for customers.

Kudos to Will for setting the bar high and exemplifying what true customer service should be. We need more dedicated individuals like him in the retail industry. Great job, Will! 👏

This is absolutely one of my favorite grocery stores ever! I’ve been coming here almost 10yrs and I have no complaints! From the staff to the quality of produce it’s all great. The fresh squeezed juices are unbelievable and you will be addicted. Also don’t forget to try the smoothie bar next time you come in because I’m a regular 😂!

The bakery, the meat 🥩, the smoke house are fantastic, great beer and wine selection. Plenty of seafood available , this is the Frankfort location , Mariano’s does it better than any other chain store

My friend was having a pickle themed birthday and everyone was supposed to bring something pickled. Look at this ADORABLE cake the bakery made?! So easy to work with. Loved the cake.

Mike in their pharmacy is the best. Super professional, knowledgeable, all around great people. Super happy I came here thank You for all you do guys.

I read online that Mariano's has a bar where you can get an adult beverage and drink while you shop...I was intrigued and gave it a shot... dissapointing I didn't find the bar so maybe it's certain locations? I was still beyond surprised at how amazing the store is! Wonderful finds and great prices! Definitely will be a regular at Mariano's now!

This store seems like it cares about customers. Prices are fair. They even do discounts on a lot of items that are close to expiring so you can save even more. Leaps and bounds above Jewel.

This review goes to the baker who made my child cake and the donuts decorator who made my child donuts the baker for the cake did a fantastic job. The cake tasted good and looked amazing. Everyone loved it. She really did a great job on the cake. It was exactly what I asked for. The donuts decorator did an amazing job as well. I'm not sure who did them but whoever did them did exactly as I asked and the donuts was delicious as well. I'm trying to post the photos but I don't know how

After being bounced around 4 different departments and talking to 3 people, the last one I spoke to, Aurora from grocery has been one of the most helpful members on your team and I'm stoked that you guys have her with you! We love everything about Mariano's! Destroys very clean and it has a great salad bar and hot butter. Also check out their Bakery a lot of unique baked item they also have a lot of prepared meal kits that you can take to go to cook at home.

Mariano's is definitely an experience in shopping. Employees are upbeat, helpful, and friendly. You can eat in or grab a beverage while you shop.

This is a great grocery store, filled with tons of healthy items. However, I go just for the soup bar. Which has at least 10 different flavors of soup. I purchased a quart of chicken and dumplings soup and it was the best soup I have had in months. It was worth the 20 minute drive to get a delicious tasting soup.

Excellent variety of meats, seafood, fruits, and vegetables. They also have a very well stocked liquor department, with hard to find brands. Their food is fresh and of choice quality. The store layout makes shopping a breeze. Checkout is fast and hassle free. Handicap accessible entrance, parking and plenty of free off the street parking. Public restrooms. A very convenient place to stop in and shop.

I think the people have gotten nicer since Kroger bought the place but I’m annoyed that they don’t make the wraps anymore within the past 3 months and other Mariano’s do. That may seem silly to a lot of people but sometimes that’s all I want to eat! Otherwise, it’s a great store!

Love shopping here always find unique food choices. Their food bars and lunch options are quite good for grocery store. Probably the best orange juice I've ever had as they brush squeez at the store. Have a great beer selection and you can mix and match to create your own six pack.

I love shopping here - my favorite grocery store. Today I went in for the salmon sale. Rob J was awesome in helping me and giving advice on the various marinades and prep. Very pleasant. Highly recommend

We shop here every week. Great selection of produce and the bakery has some really delicious options. The store brand goods are good tasting and the international section is fun to shop. Make sure you sign up for their rewards program to always get the best prices

Prices can be a bit higher than the local Jewel but the building is nicer, the assortment is broader, I think the produce is fresher and their made in building goods are ALL good. They have a BBQ restaurant, bakery, fresh coffee juice and ice cream. If.you haven't been its at least worth a visit even if its not your main grocery store.

When stores and employees take time to make kids experiences memorable it’s remarkable ! What a great store overall ! They care about the produce and clearly care about making sure the customer experience is A+

I truly enjoyed visiting Mariano's.The food was fresh and there were a variety of options. I especially liked the hot and cold food bar options, and the fact that I could have sushi freshly made or a steak of my choosing grilled to take with me. If there was a place like this in my home town I would stop in several times a week.
