Danny was very helpful with my purchase today. He was both knowledgeable and extremely patient with me (I ask lots of question). He was also very kind and personable. He took the time to answer all my questions and guided me through the set up process. We had a few hiccups but finally got it worked out. He is an asset and the type of employee I would like working for my business.

I visited the N. Knoxville Store in the plaza across from Schnucks. The purpose for my visit was to unlock my phone. I was pleasantly greeted by a very kind man named Frank. He was able to reset my phone in no time. Due to the age of my phone, I inquired about upgrading. Frank gave me multiple options to chose from but never came off too strong or pushy, in anyway. I made my selection and then also purchased an Apple Watch. Frank and I exchanged pleasantries during the entire time of my visit. Frank really impressed me with his professionalism, intelligence, genuinely kind nature and the teamwork I witnessed between he and his coworker. Frank has me as a forever customer. I received exceptional customer service and quite honestly had a phenomenal experience. Someone with Frank’s natural abilities should be strongly considered for leadership opportunities within the Verizon Organization.

This is the only Verizon store I will go to in Peoria or the surrounding area. Danny is awesome! Give him a raise.

A couple weeks ago, I stopped into the store to have my charger on my phone looked at. I had previously been to a different Verizon store, where I was told I just needed a new phone. Laren did a great job checking out my phone and my charger. And come to find out my charger block was OK, i just needed a new cord. I also inquired about a Smart watch. Laren showed me what was offered, helped me adjust some items on my bill that I wasn't using and because of his customer service, I decided to invest in the smart watch. I had to stop back today because something happened and my watch wouldn't connect. He spent alot of time resetting it up and also gave me some good hands on assistance.
Laren provided exceptional customer service and it was much appreciated!

Clay and Brian were awesome! Right from the beginning they addressed my phone and plan issues and came up with viable solutions. They were determined to figure things out and provided excellent customer service. I will be using this store for all my mobile phone needs.

Upgraded phone with Cody. Highly recommend him as he got all my info transferred to my new phone very quickly. Had an issue the next day installing one of my email addresses and Cody had it loaded in 5 minutes. He knows his stuff and great customer service. Highly recommend.

I was expecting the usual 4 hours of trying to get another phone and Cody was amazing. Hw knew all the answers and was very polite. I didn't have a long wait and he chatted with me telling game everything he was doing. Amazing!!!! Will always go to this location and ask for Cody!!

Tim was wonderful to work with. He took his time to listen, go through plan options, and help us select the one that would work best for us and save us some money. He represents Verizon well.

Excellent service as always, this time from Nathan. He was tasked with getting a new device up and running while trying to help me port my number from another carrier that is historically difficult to manage. After getting disconnected from Verizon corporate support several times, managed to get it all sorted out. He was very patient, empathetic, and never pushy, but also made sure I understood my options and promotions in what was a bit of a rushed decision on my part. When my wife is ready for an upgrade, we'll be back as we always are.

I ordered a phone at this location and changed my current plan during my lunch break. I was in and out within 15 minutes. My phone arrived within 2 days and Cody called me as soon as it arrived at the store. I literally got a tracking alert that told me the phone was delivered and received a call from Cody within minutes. I went to the store again on my lunch break and was again in and out within minutes. I highly recommend this location. Probably the best Verizon store in Peoria. Kudos to Cody and his team at this location. 👏

Guys there are fabulous. Our family has used this store for the last few phone updates. Will NEVER go back to the other store. Reps are personable, always willing to get whatever you need working ..
