First time I'd met Alex. Very nice. I went in for a new screen cover and lens cover. He even offered to put them on for me. Nice have two service representatives there today!!!

The service was outstanding! I was taken care of promptly. A gentleman greeted me and asked what he could do for me within 30 seconds of entering the store. I explained my phone issue and he explained that the screen was malfunctioning. I decided to get a new phone. I sat down with a young lady that was also very knowledgeable. She quickly handled my purchase and transferred all my phone info. Everyone there was very pleasant work with. It was the best visit to a Verizon retailer in several years. Thank you to the team at the Amery store.

My husband lost phone in lake. We got a new replacement this week and after many hours of us trying to get Facebook, google and his Bluetooth hearing aids back up, we got excellent customer service from Anastasia at Verizon in Amery, WI it’s back up and running. Kudos to her!!!! 5 stars!

Anastasia did an awesome job helping me get the info off my broken phone! The screen was cracked and could only view the top inch of the screen, it took a while but she got everything transferred for me! She got me the highest trade in on my old phone and hooked me up with everything I needed for the new phone with all discounts applied! Thank you so much!

Daryl was totally dedicated to ensuring that I was fully informed and comfortable with new phone. He double checked all data that was transferred from old phone had transferred correctly and in total. He carefully showed me all the new features available and how to access them. Daryl also made sure that been phone was set up exactly as I needed. He not only ensured phone was set up correctly but went that extra mile to see that I was completely comfortable with new phone.

Got my galaxy z phone. I splurged and I'm glad I did. I love it. Daryl is a great guy!!! Whatever they are paying him it's probably not enough.
