Real helpful staff, a pony-tailed gentleman helped me find eyeliner for my wife and basically walked me around the store helping me find the rest of my random items. He and the staff saved me a ton of time and hassle!

Worst pharmacy experience of my life. Literally. Went for a Covid and flu test. Firstly, I was in line for 11 minutes for the 2 cars ahead of me. Once in at the window, the gal tells me they don’t do flu tests, although I have proof of confirmation I was to have one. She moves MORE SLOWLY THAN ANYONE working a pharmacy counter I’ve ever, EVER seen. It’s definitely deliberate, like she’s strolling in a park on Sunday. Folding papers…sllllowly, walking sllllowly. Ridiculous. Finally, 9 minutes later she has my test. The line behind me has grown to 4 cars, with one of them honking repeatedly behind me (rightfully so!). When I drive off the line has grown to 6 cars, almost leading into the road. Why, CVS? Why put your slowest employee at the window at lunch time?!!! This gal has to be moved to the “watching grass grow” department. Absolutely outrageous!

This pharmacy is ran by absolute idiots. They chose to argue with me that someone came in on the 27th and picked up my prescription even though I hadn’t. The funnier thing is when I call it says it’s still available for pick up… but yet they chose to argue! These people should not be handling peoples prescriptions because they don’t know what they’re taking about or they’re selling them to the wrong individuals. It’s got to be 1 of the 2.

I went in looking for a salt scrub. I looked at the skin and bath products and couldn't find what I was looking for. As I was looking I could feel someone staring at me.. as I turned I noticed an employee looking at me.. so I asked her... She was rude and unkind. Told me no she hadn't seen anything like I was looking for... I really don't think she even heard what I was telling her I was looking for... she was too busy judging me I felt. I felt as if she was thinking I took something.. which I didn't. Haven't never took a thing from a store.. I might not looked my best... Or looked whatever she thought I should look like.. but she clearly had a problem with me. I found a skin salt / sugar scrub on my own.. two different kinds in the one brand I did buy.. at 11.99. I hold a CVS card by the way. The deal that day on the item I purchased was buy one get another for 50 percent off. I usually jump on offers like that.. one reason I have a CVS Savings card... After my conversation with the employee which was utlimetely my cashier...I also tried another friendly interaction while she was scanning my items, which she didn't seem too engaged in. I believe in business etiquette but I also believe in respect and kindness to all people if the business you own or work in. Big or small! It's true one bad apple can spoil a bunch..

I came from St Louis to help care for my mother during & after surgery. We stopped at CVS on our way home from the hospital to pick up her pain medication. I have NEVER experienced more rude pharmacy techs.
I was asked to show a photo ID. I was unsure if they needed mine or my mothers. When I asked the woman assisting me gave a big sigh of annoyance & said “Well, you’re dropping it off, so....yours”. I then inquired about the long wait time. The 2 women behind the counter glared at me, rolled their eyes, & again the woman assisting me gave a big sigh & answered with annoyance. As I was walking away, they snickered & began mumbling to each other. I picked up on enough words to know they were speaking negatively.
I completely understand that at times there is a longer wait, but their response to my inquiry was extremely unprofessional. Not to mention the woman chomping on a wad of gum as she worked.
I advised my mom to switch pharmacies immediately. I have since learned from others in the area, that they experience the same rudeness.
If I could give zero stars I would!!

Cashier was gabbing for my coupon saying give me that. My wife asked if she knows how to say please. Cashier said I don’t want to. Then my wife asked her what her problem was. She replied you are my problem. With all the problem in the world you are worried about saying please. She then threw my merchandise and change down on the counter in front of me, and sarcastically said have a nice day PLEASE.
If this is how customers are treated at this store, I would recommend to not got to this store there is another on less than 5 miles away.

Horrible. Not enough staff to help. Called asking for assistance with medication for going on vacation, and they hung up on me because they were so busy. They were of no assistance, awful customer service. Rude. Poor communication with customers . Find another pharmacy.

Update: Called a different CVS store, the lady was very helpful. Hopefully will get my medication.
