Yo I can't in all good conscience give a gas station five stars because it's not like I ever come here because I enjoy having to fill up my gas. That said, this place always has some bomb coffee that gets my heart racing like it's trying to reach the point where it's reached a singularity and breaks all rules of time and space. Plus the gas is usually fairly priced and the pumps fill up quickly.

One time while getting coffee at 5am I overheard a woman tell the person working there that "Karaoke was her one true passion."

The store is dirty and unfriendly. The cashier Markie was vaping inside the door while she was stocking shelves and didn't come ring up my items till she had enough hits and released a vape cloud. Cmon now seriously?

They don't have consistent store hours.
They have gone down hill in so many ways.

Dirty bathrooms where you have to ask for key during covid, unfriendly stuff.

Here on April 4th, tried getting 40 dollars in gas and they couldn’t break 100 dollars for change due to a cash shortage issue on there end. You don’t want my business. Cool. Take a right a right on route one and follow it down. You’ll pass two more gas stations not even 5 minutes down the road. Cleaner and a lot more respectful employees that aren’t taking a smoke break every 5 minutes like I’ve also witnessed here.

I’ve been a SmartPay/ Cumberland customer for years. I went into redeem my rewards, which was for 2 different drink products. As I was clicking on my rewards for the cashier to scan them , she told me I could do both at the same time. I swiped back to choose the other one and the second reward disappeared. The cashier, although she saw I had both rewards, and instructed me that I could redeem both at the same time, REFUSED to redeem both of my rewards. Terrible customer service!

Worst cumbys on the planet. Credit card issues non-stop, pumps down a lot, generally just a garbage gas station.

The more i go the worse customer service gets.I'm a regular at this store.3 or more times a day.i spend at least a hundred a week.due to its location and even the manager xena had a issue with proper customer service.I've worked In the service industry before and I've never treated customers the way she does.that being said there is a select few employees that aren't miserable when i show up.

I've been a regular patron there for amost 3 years and im still getting some of the worst customer service.ive filed numerous complaints with dist manager & customer services.

filled up a 99-cent cup with ice expecting to be able to get a fountain drink. After filling it with ice I learned the only soda machine is at the subway which you have to pay for at Subway. Okay fine I go to pay for it at Subway and she charges me $2. 50 for a cup that says 99 cents on the side of it because this location doesn't offer Fountain drinks. The subway inside of the Cumberland Farms seems to have on Monopoly on the fountain drinks. Will never go back.
