I use this location to ship out all of my orders via Poshmark. The staff there is super friendly and answers any questions I have. Love this location, and the staff!

Here nearly every day. Staff very kind. Small post office!!! One line divides for dual service counter. Everyone local knows. Cut in & your a pariah. Locals known to chip in when college kids/elderly/tourists are short a few bucks... Have to get Passport in Biddeford, during certain daytime hours.

I must have missed a bad time where they didn't follow the guidelines considering some of these reviews but as of the last half of 2021 to current 2/4/2022 they absolutely have been. I've never had an bad encounter here and the older woman at the desk is just the sweetest thing. Always goes above and beyond small talk to make you smile while that darn machine takes forever to read your card. She explains how the tracking works etc very thoroughly, too. I just had a really nice experience after a very stressful day yesterday and the post office was my last stop. It changed my day around to be honest. I also waited behind 3 people as they followed the guidelines of 1 guest in the lobby and everyone was masked up with plenty of signs saying its mandatory, not a choice. Just my experience. Take care, Saco friends!

Addendum: one less star simply because I have had issues with important packages, not any employee's issue physically working in the building but the USPS itself. They kinda suck at being helpful in that area.

I've never experienced my mail going missing as often as it has since moving here. When asking for help to find mail the employees seemed annoyed, bothered, and were unfriendly. It is stressful to have something go missing multiple occasions and then to be treated like a nuisance by the people youd think were there to help?

Paul at the front desk is very unprofessional. He needs a class in customer service. He cuts you off when you try to speak and gets defensive when you ask to file a complaint. He told me to go a head and file a complaint because it will just get diverted back to him with a smirk.

That is just so unprofessional of him to respond like that to me. I explained that it is my right to file a complaint as a customer and that type of response showed such a lack in professionalism.

He is very arrogant for no reason at all. He makes it very uncomfortable to go in to the post office.

I tried calling because there was an alert saying a package couldn't be delivered because it needed to have its address verified. Which I figured I would try calling instead of waiting the 1-3 business day for them to possibly call me back and saving the hassle of having to wait for it be redelivered and just pick up the package myself. I called as soon as they open at 8:30am up until 11:21am. With 25 attempts (excessive yes) Nobody picks up. There is no response what so ever. Not even an automated voice machine saying "Sorry we are busy. Please try again later."

Get this office some help! Are they so understaffed that they can't pick up a phone call? This office has a lot of poor reviews but they are not receiving the help they apparently so desperately need.

I have also called the central usps number but there is only so much they can do in this situation.

Beyond frustrating unfortunately.

Postal worker was super unclear and irritated the whole time I was speaking to him. Really unprofessional doesn't make me want to come use the service here. Threw my package in the bin and had zero regard. There was nobody else in the whole post office not sure why he was so irritated and bothered because he was obviously not busy. 👎

Update: after sometime away I returned and was greeted by an exceptional employee named Santos. This is what customer service should look like. He's a great addition. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Haven’t gotten my mail in months haven’t been able to start work because I’m waiting for some thing that’s coming in the mail. Filed a complaint claim was dropped without an investigation. If you’re looking for a more reliable mail service delivered yourself!

This Post Office is not adhering to CDC guidelines when it comes to mask wearing and how many people they allow in the lobby. I spoke to the Postmaster, Paul, today and said the last two times I had visited there was a customer in the lobby not wearing a mask and they allow more than 1 person at a time in the already small, cramped lobby. He said masks are "recommended" but not required. Considering the amount of elderly people who go in and use this post office. you think they would be more willing to protect their most vulnerable customers and residents. With covid-19 cases rising, I hope they start using more common sense.

I've been living in Saco for three years now and whoever does the mail is doing a terrible job I've talked to several people there about it and just get brushed off, this time I ordered food and they said they couldn't deliver it twice now without note indicating why I don't even know who to even complain to this is ridiculous...
