Kroger

I always spend too much time, and too much money here.. I guess thats a good thing.. I wish Kroger was a little closer, but I'm really starting to see that's it's worth the extra 5 minutes of driving.
the produce is amazing... there are too many things to mention that you just won't even see at the grocery store closest to me... much less FRESH!

My favorite place to get groceries. Love all of the healthy choices, especially from Kroger’s Simple Truth brand. Had an issue with my bank while checking out and the self-checkout attendant put my cart of groceries in refrigeration while I ran to the bank to sort it out. They really care about their customers.

This Kroger is a newer store. We do most of our grocery shopping here without issue. I love the sushi that is made fresh daily. Try it for lunch!

One of the nicest Kroger I have ever been, products were well organized on the shelves and it was very clean.

A young man named Emanuel went above and beyond as a cashier in self check out. He not only instructed me on how to use my gift card but scratched off the silver code cover because I was unable to do so. Job well done sir!!

The lady Suzette in the deli department is truly amazing. She was the nicest and polite person I have encountered in a while

It's very clean except for bottle returns it smell badly from them bottles but the store clean and there. People to help you find things

Very clean, easy to navigate, VERY friendly workers! I love the pick up option, also very reliable and friendly staff! Most of the things I’ve needed substitutes for, the substitute was close enough to what I needed. Only waited for pickup past 5 min. One time, but I think that was due to a busy pickup time, and they were still very nice! DEBRAH IS THE GREATEST LADY EVER! Made my day by being so friendly and hilarious… so friendly, FUNNY and the best!

The sushi bar...what can I say. The staff is extremely helpful, and the can make you up an order by the time you made your rounds in the store...price is great, taste great too.

I was having a difficult time transferring a script. Cathy with a 'C' (lol) was very kind, patient, and helpful. She turned what was starting to be a bad day around. THANK YOU Cathy for your kindness. I wish there were more of you!!

Love this store..Some employee's are VERY helpful,and kind but service desk well thats another story..All managers VERY VERY kind and helpful but we shouldnt have too ask too speak too team leader. Store is very clean and smells clean looks clean love it ..They can try too keep alittle better stocked because towards the end of the night there is not much on the selfs..I love how its layed out i know wwhere everything is.. Friendly other customers...In very good location..

Had a great experience with Noah from AT&T switching me over from metro. Super helpful and a big help with any questions I have. If you are in the market to switch phone companies go see Noah at the AT&T kiosk.

Nice, new store. Very spacious. Has impressive alcohol section and build your own 6 pack station as well as a fish and meat counter. Has a Starbucks, florist, and a sushi counter. Lots of options for all your dietary preferences. Overall more high end than many other locations.

I always enjoy coming to this Kroger, especially in the early morning, preferably right when they open. But I'd come anytime of day! I like the size and openness of the store. The variety of product. The amount of Michigan made products is amazing to see as well. The workers are extremely helpful, Everytime I've ever asked a team member for help they have always helped me without an attitude which is extremely refreshing. I've worked in retail on and off my whole life so I know how tough of a job it is and how difficult it can be working with the public.

New location is perfect as it's 5 minutes from home. The store is new, so of course it is very clean and bright. The produce very fresh and definitely had a very good variety of products. Like most Kroger locations, they never have nearly enough cashiers and the lines at the self scans are long. I really like the openness of the store as it doesn't seem stuffy and crowded. I definitely recommend checking the store out. There is a Starbucks and a Citizens Bank inside as well as a bonus.

Just stopped in to do bottle returns. It's a new store and went to the Customer Service desk to get the cash out. Was greeted by Mike. Pleasant and friendly, guy but seemed preoccupied. He processed my transaction and I was on my way in a matter of no time. Store look awesome and was full of shoppers. Everything was a buzz. Ample selections and checkout lines. Ample parking and plenty of handicap parking and entrance. Has a Citizens Bank inside along with a ATM and SOS kiosks to handle getting new license plate tabs and/or license I believe. You can also order a new should one choose to do so. On the outside it has a DVD kiosks to rent movies. They accept cash, credit cards, debit cards, WIC, and I believe EBT cards. Don't hold me to it as I could be wrong. Highly recommend coming here to shop

Awesome customer service. Super pleasant and friendly shopping environment. Customers coexist without rude interactions. Meat and deli department are super tentative. Ken is really friendly and helpful. Willing to make the extra drive every time for this shopping experience.

Excellent! Had what I needed. Great parking. Fast check out. Great prices. Friendly workers and fellow customers. Very clean. Cart didn't even wobble. Pays to get a customer saver card. You will save ever more and it is free service. Convenient location too. Easy ins and outs. And a gas station too. Very happy i checked it out. I will be back.

This is a very nice store. Well organized and clean. It's huge with a lot of varieties of merchandise. Fruits and vegies look so fresh and clean. I'm really impressed. I must say I haven't seen a nice and elegant store like this in Warren. Keep up the good work and consider upgrading the Kroger store on Dequindre/12Mile.
