AT&T Store

We worked with your Store Manager and he is truly customer focused. His ability to work with two of us plus serve other customers was amazing. Don't lose him.

Went to the Att store in Norwell to get my phone unlocked was assisted quickly by the manager Jay he was working with 2 customers and was able to assist all at once excellent service!!!!

It took a while to get a phone upgrade because there were a lot of customers and only 1 employee working, but he acknowledged we were there and then he tried to work on two customers at a time to keep things moving. We got what we needed and he had all the answers to our questions.👍

Rachel, an AT&T Rep helped me transition to my upgraded new cell phone. She was professional and very knowledgeable about the product, and thorough. She made the transition smooth and efficient. The entire team was helpful and engaging.
I highly recommend doing AT&T business at this store.

Grace was amazing!!! She took her time to help me understand the AT&T plans in a clear and concise matter. She greeted every customer that walked through the door, while still making me feel I was her sole customer. She was patient and so knowledgeable. The Manager Chrissy was willing to assist and provide her support to me and her colleagues. What a great experience. Good bye Sprint! Great customer service and great team!

Excellent speed and efficiency made process of upgrading seamless while educating me on my new phone

I have been having a problem with my phone, continually and sporadically reporting my sim card as damaged or missing, shutting off all ability for making/receiving calls and text messages. Having been to one AT&T store and having been treated in a very arrogant manner, with minimum help offered, it was a great pleasure to enter the Norwell, Ma. store and be received by a very helpful, polite young man, Tylique Ortiz. He listened carefully , looked up my account, offered solutions, and gave me the temporary help I needed in the meantime. A totally opposite experience than the previous disappointing, and irritating, experience. Mr. Ortiz restored my faith in AT&T, as a business which may just possibly care about it's customers after all, having been provided with a fair and reasonable solution regarding this difficulty; his actions and care restored my trust. A huge thank you to him!

I have purchased several phones from AT&T in the past, but the customer service I received from Misty was the BEST EVER! She was incredibly knowledgeable about plans and products and helped me find the best Christmas presents my family has ever received! AND she had me in and out of the store in record time! She was incredibly polite to me and all the customers in the store, and I was particularly impressed with how helpful she was to another customer who didn't speak English. If there are any more last min Xmas shoppers out there with phones on their list, be sure to go see Misty in Norwell!

I was there they were very friendly and super helpful, I went there to buy a phone the store manager Mo did help me a lot and he went beyond that he helped me to transfer my data and put the screen protector he did a fantastic job. and asked me where I work and then I discovered that I can get a discount for my bill through my job. this is what happens when you put the right people in the right place

I had the most enjoyable time doing an errand I’d dreaded. But DJ the salesperson was so cheerful knowledgeable helpful AND I got everything I needed (ie phone wire, case, protective cover which DJ insisted on ‘installing’ (because they can be tricky little devils and he did a perfect job). I think the next time I need anything from AT&T (who is my carrier and has been for decades) I think I will go visit this store hopefully DJ will be working that day. ! I think he can help me with anything. 5 stars for your wonderful representative.

Matt and Kyrice helped me. They were awesome!! My watch that I had ordered was not syncing properly. Tech support was not able to fix the problem, but Matt had the watch fixed within moments of arriving at the store. They also helped us with other products and had available stock in the products we wanted. They were professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. Thanks so much Matt and Kyrice!

My active2 smartwatch has been a nightmare since I got it April. Today I stopped in to see if there was anything we could do and honestly I was not optimistic. I have been a very unhappy customer until today.. SOOOO happy to say She fixed it! I am beyond happy. Thank you Misty!! She was amazing and so knowledgeable in her field.

Jeff was so helpful. I came in with a phone that would not charge. He helped me pick the right new phone, get all the accessories I needed and also was so good with my kids I had to bring with me. So helpful and made a new phone purchase easy!

I went to this store this evening after visiting the AT&T store in Hanover in the afternoon and not getting the help I needed. I was attempting to transfer the data from my old phone to my new one and ran into several glitches. The Hanover store didn't really try to solve the problem and sent me off to try to do it again at home. It still didn't work so I went to Norwell where Misty and Grace got right to work to figure out what was going on. There were still some glitches but they were determined to get it right for me. They were quite knowledgeable, very service oriented and fun to work with. Very highly recommend!

I went to the Hanover AT&T store to get my phone upgraded and had trouble with the associates getting an issue resolved so they told me to call customer service and handle it through the phone. Unsatisfied, I then drove to the Norwell store, explained the issue and why I was frustrated, and was helped by the manager Eric Darko. Not only did he help me resolve what was a complicated issue, he called customer service with me and walked through the entire process to help come to a solution. He was extremely patient and helpful and juggled a really busy store helping customers in-between helping me. He was very efficient and turned a bad experience into a positive one. I will be coming back here for business, thank you Eric!!

We just left the Norwell AT&T store. What a great experience! We waited less than a minute for Misty to help us. She was a dynamo of information and advice and could not have been more personable!

William, my Norwell AT&T store rep., was absolutely wonderful. He couldn’t possibly have been any more knowledgeable, patient and helpful towards me. He stayed almost TWO hours past the end of his shift to finish activating my phones and setting me up for AT&T TV service! He’s truly a “start/finish” type of guy...he went out of his way to explain all the details of various plans and choices to help steer me in a direction best suited for MY needs. Please give ME a two week notice
if William has any plans on leaving your wonderful Norwell team! 😂

I had pleasure to meet Jeff Fagan, who went above and beyond to help my family and I. Great store, the workers there were extremely polite and professional. Unfortunately Jeff was working his last day there, he’s moving on to work in the health care field. Wish him all the best.
