Love's Travel Stop

So I had my tractor go down on me when I was at the truckstop. I parked and a mechanic from the Love’s repair shop was nice enough to come over and diagnose it at the spot instead of making me move it. The mechanics name was Dan and he was very efficient and professional. He hooked up the lap top and told me that the truck was showing several codes. I am not mechanically oriented at all, so he was kind enough to break it down and explain to me. My DEF tank was leaking pretty bad, pissing def everywhere and the solenoid in the starter was going bad. Although the company ultimately decided not to authorize the work at the Love’s shop, I really appreciate Dan taking the time to explain everything to me, so I would know what was going on with the truck. He told me how much the repairs would cost and pretty much guaranteed that he could’ve had my tractor finished by 11 PM that night.. The company decided to go with another repair shop and they had the tractor a week and still did not fix all of the issues. I actually saw Dan today at the truckstop when I stopped through again and he was so pleasant and personable that I wanted to make sure I left a good review so his company would know what a rockstar he is. I hope we don’t meet again under those type of circumstances but if we do it’s good to know that they have such a knowledgeable and professional mechanic on site to handle whatever the issue is.

I am so grateful to the Service Shop at Loves The Manager Kristy, mechanic Jose, assistant manager Mike, the apprentice mechanic Darren and the whole team really came through for me. I had a cracked radiator and not only were they able to locate one for me, they actually drove me there to pick it up and pay for it in person to save some money. I truly appreciate them going the extra mile for me. While I was there, they also checked the general safety of my truck and found a bad shock. I fortunately was able to get all of it repaired in a timely manner and a reasonable price.
I will always recommend this place. Truly a class act.

Have stopped here a few times just for fuel. Each time the service was friendly and the facility clean.

The store is very well stocked with a wide array of snacks, beverages, gifts and apparel.

If Traveling near Binghamton NY of I-86 & I-81 and need Gas, fuel, or something to eat n drink a great place to stop! employees make sure your visit will be one that you will come back if your in the area! Place has clean restrooms and plenty of gas pumps for quick in n out service!

Was in a real bind with a DEF issue maximum derate and my people contacted love's truck repair and Dan is the man that got me back on the road running and he was very transparent thru out the whole process! Dan is the man I want on my equipment for repairs!

I almost never go inside here. I just buy gas from outside and they usually have a decent price for the area. The pumps are frequently out of order and if you want a receipt, you're lucky if it prints out.

This love’s travel stop was clean, with all the usual offerings. I seem to remember that in the past there was a very large sign off the highway advertising this truck stop. The sign is gone, but the Love’s Travel Stop is still there.

Location was modern, bathrooms clean, gas prices low, and they have squeegees for your windows. Highly recommend.

This was a nice gas station they had showers and bathrooms. There was a Wendy's connected to the gas station a station and they had an electrify America ev chatgers

Best store &best coffee even i dont have access to fuel my truck ,i have 2 fuel corporates card all times they offered low discount on fuel so ihave skipped loves

It's a truck stop that has good coffee though lol. Upgrading my review 1/9/22. I stop here after 12 hour shifts at around 315 am. They greet me very friendly and are extremely helpful. It's nice to see that people are still friendly and nice. Also it's great to see the improvement in staff. Nice job and keep it up.

Honestly when I'm working and I get a call to go to Wendy's I love going there and they'll walk around at the orders not done they got some cool stuff there and the people are always decent

Everyone pretty awesome, place is clean and well managed and up keep nice! BATHROOMS AND SHOWER ROOMS BOTH VERY CLEAN AND SANITIZED!!! They were cleaner than my sons bathroom ty for that and also the showers flooding is due to the way they are designed its not two people showers I mean I'm sure some people are just not designed to be in those types of showers and specially not with another person but for the most part that's not what it is guyz!!!!

Loves, you know, I really felt the love here. Thank you for the greetings i’ve never felt more welcome. Beautiful selection! Might I add, that Wendy’s was fast and hip. Just like me after eating that Chili. I’ll be stopping here on the way home!

I would like to say that the first time I came to Loves there was the nicest woman working there, and while my house was being renovated I need to drive over an hour to take shower. I came in the middle of the week to be extremely disappointed at the condition the showers and almost didn’t return. My daughter drove and went back to Love’s and Thank Goodness Lori was there! I found out her name and was grateful she was there this tiny powerhouse is a force to be reckoned with when it comes to cleaning. Thank you Lori!!!!!

Came here after going to the TA around the corner this place was so much better. I walked into the TA and the woman at the counter was yelling at a guy that was agreeing with what she was saying and she was blatantly rude to him and threw his recite at him and told him to leave. So coming here was a very pleasant experience. Very fast and friendly people very helpful and caring for every person that walked thru that door. Was like night and day. Will defiantly continue to come here from now on just for the pleasant experience I had! Keep up the good work!

I always forget about all the hidden gems this store keeps secrets. If ur like me at all and do the whole impulse buy , or comfort shoppingdeal then this is the place to go. Decent staff , this is a truck stop so they a r e pretty friendly. And on ur way out to head home u can hit up Wendy's for all ur late nite food issues..... good place over all for sure......

Good place when it's not busy meaning they no truck parking. Nice people welcoming 😊 you when u walk in.
