Staff was friendly. I had a domestic and international package to go out and I had no idea how to do it. It was easy. Also I now know I can bring papers to be shredded over there and it’s convenient ! Great staff at this store !

I have always had a great experience at this store. They are very efficient and always very pleasant.

The owners and staff of this location are polite, accommodating, and efficient. Feels like a community store instead of a large chain because of their kind service. It is a busy location and they certainly work hard throughout the day without compromising quality. I have witnessed them counsel customers on better and cheaper packing options, which shows how generous and genuine these owners are.

My experiences here have been 99% excellent. But if you are returning an item with a prepaid return label, please ask for a receipt. Most times I was given one without asking. But on one occasion, I was not given one and rushed out because it was snowing (my fault for not asking). This led to problems trying to prove that Best Buy in fact received the item I shipped back to them because I did not have the tracking number.Thankfully, the package eventually turned up and I was given a refund for the item as planned. The staff here are typically very patient and helpful, and I will continue to visit this location.

This is a well-run store. The people who work here are all professional, polite, and ready to assist. Obviously UPS costs more than sending by post but that is not a reason to complain. It is nice to have a place that handles printing, copying, faxing, notary, and shipping all in one.

The customer service here is fantastic. I had a stressful experience where I was sending in my passport for a visa; despite choosing next-day delivery, the passport had not shown up at the consulate. Even though the package had gone missing AFTER it was picked up from the store, Ambika took the matter into her hands, calling the supervisors at two shipping hubs and ensuring that they checked the facilities thoroughly for my missing package. During this entire time, she kept me updated and reassured. The package was eventually found at one of the shipping hubs at around 8pm; even though it was after business hours, Ambika made sure to email me right away with the good news. Her kindness and dedication truly stood out; I would highly recommend this location.

I have been a customer of this UPS Store since they opened and they have never disappointed. The fact of the matter is, that the team at this location always goes above and beyond the call of duty. The owner is a tremendous asset to our business community and I only wish more businesses learned from their great work ethic. They always treat the customers with courtesy, respect and are very informative. It is a pleasure to ship all of my packages from this location. I highly recommend that if you need to ship any type of package this is where you need to go. Five stars all day long!

I had a very pleasant experience with this store. The employee that assisted me was extremely kind and helpful. Some of the customers on the other hand should be given 1 star. It is unbelievable how unprepared and rude so many of these customers were to the employees who worked at this store. Some people really need to have more patience and compassion. I wonder how they would feel if someone came to their place of work and talked to them the way they talked to the employees. I will definitely be returning to this store, thank you very much for your help.

I’ve been here a few times now and always had a very easy experience. The woman in particular who works here is very helpful and kind.

I went to return quite a few of my Amazon purchases. The staff here is very knowledgeable about the process. They take the time to explain the various return options with Amazon. I actually learned how important it is to read the instructions for each item being returned, as they can vary. I will be better prepared next time, so they can move the customers faster as they are a very busy location. Thank you for all you do, especially during these trying times.

My many visits to this UPS store are all positive. The personnel are polite, super efficient and carry multi-tasking to the max. They are also being extremely prudent in regards to the COVID19 outbreak. I felt protected, the staff maintained strict guidelines to ensure the safety of customers and themselves. I have dropped off a number of packages to be returned to Amazon with a prepaid UPS label at this UPS Store. I had the item packed well, label was on the box with nothing blocking the bar code. And I have never had a problem with these prepaid packages I have dropped off. They give me a receipt after scanning, showing that I dropped it off on that day, and everything has gone smoothly from there with my return. I don't know why others are having a problem with this UPS store....unless they are not bringing in an item properly packaged and labeled.

First time visited the store, overall it was a great experience. I needed to get the notary done, Ambika was kind and very professional and helped with notary and also shipped the documents overseas. The documents reached on timely manner without any issue. I will strongly recommend this store. Great staff and clean facility, they follow all the covid guidelines.

I had 2 Amazon pre-paid returns. One was UPS and the other USPS. I figured I would drop the UPS box here, then run across the street to the Post Office for the other package. However I was told that they accepted both packages, so one stop shopping for me. I can't comment on the reviews of other folks, but my experience here was superb. The woman behind the counter was eager to assist and was very friendly as well. I received a receipt with Tracking numbers for both packages and by 1:00 PM, both my UPS and USPS packages were on their way back to Amazon. I would definitely return should the need arise.

I went there to have something notarized and overnighted to Florida. Ambika was wonderful, she was very helpful and professional. She even scanned the documents and emailed them to the other party to save me time. She went above and beyond to help me. She was an angel! I would highly recommend this store.

I never had a problem to return a pre paid package there , but if you need to buy the supplies from them is expensive comparing if you buy your own stuff but is business you have the convignion to get everything there if you don’t care about few more $$ . I also go there for document notarized every two months and they always try to help me in the best possible way . The lady’s have very nice manners. I feel bad that so many people complain so ugly .. I see them all the time trying to help people very courteous.

Great experience. For whatever reason the reviews are skewed towards the bad here on Google Maps, but it was the closest, and we went. The lady (didn’t catch her name) who was working was incredibly helpful, patient, and accommodating. We were shipping delicate equipment, and she explained how she planned to wrap the parts and package them. Gave me great confidence it will all arrive intact.

There are no words to express the professionalism, help, and friendly attitude of the employees of this place. What can I say, thank you very much for everything you guys did for me and my mother who 5% speaks English and you guided her and you did everything to achieve the goal through the notarial deed until obtaining the apostille. I am in this store every week and have never had a problem. I would definitely recommend this store for any of your shipping needs. They are always friendly, helpful and always professional. I always see them going out of their way to help all customers that walk through their door.

Warm thanks to The UPS Store #6633 in the Concordia Shopping Center in Monroe Township. Ambika, who manages the packaging area, personally greeted us when we entered the store with four framed paintings/prints from my parents' home, along with a couple of boxes that we had packed (crystal and other items from their house) to send to our adult kids as keepsakes. Ambika spent considerable time (probably a half-hour) with us, measuring the paintings/prints to determine pricing, explaining various insurance options, describing how they pack artwork to reduce the risk of damage, and completing all paperwork. She shipped the two boxes right away and gave us tracking numbers. For the artwork, she explained that she personally would pack each item and would send us tracking numbers as soon as they were ready to ship. She was so conscientious and thorough -- when we received them, it was amazing how well-packed they were -- reinforced bubble wrap at every corner, double bubble wrap around each painting/print, cardboard over the glass, and yards worth of packing tape to make sure everything was secure. We definitely recommend you go to Ambika with any important shipping/packing job!
