I came here Monday 2:45 pm for my passport appointment and the two ladies working the counter were so nice and helpful and efficient! 10/10 you go ladies!!!

The workers at this post office were extremely nice and efficient. The lines got long, some customers got angry, some got talkative, but they handled these situations in a professional matter to politely keep the line moving as fast as possible. They even went out of their way to help me. It’s not their fault there aren’t more workers available. They did a great job.

Look back at Yuki K’s review, guys - it’s not the post office’s fault. I looked up my shipping status on ParcelsApp per her advice and my package has been sitting at the shipping partner’s site for 2.5 weeks. The post office is still waiting to receive it, and apparently it can take up to THREE MONTHS for the shipping partner to turn over the package. If you’re trying to expedite delivery for yourself, I really recommend using a global parcel delivery lookup service like ParcelsApp - it helped me call the right company to place a complaint and get things moving.

I have no experience with this USPS, but I want to post here to clear up something I learned after calling USPS. When your package gets stuck in "MONROE TOWNSHIP, NJ 08831", it's not stuck here, but rather in a non-USPS warehouse/mailing facility. Your USPS tracking says USPS is still waiting the item from that facility, not another USPS office. Not sure how to get in contact with them, but it's not actually due to this USPS branch

I had a pick up a package today and witnessed how pleasant and patient the staff was with difficult customers. One wanted single but there was none in the box but post-woman was helpful and pleasant despite insistence for non-existent singles and customer was happy. Then another livid customer could not understand why his overnight package could not be delivered to his home since he had his mail delivery on hold!!! She was so patient and even tried to help by asking when he would like his mail delivery not to be held anymore

I love everyone at the post office. If you are kind and patient, that will help with the wait. The whole of Monroe Township are rude, awful people and that's not just the retirees. The drivers are rude and have no courtesy for anyone. The children lack manners and refinement.

they have always been helpful & accommodating. I moved from Marlboro to Monroe about 7-8 months ago & I find personnel here MUCH MUCH more courteous & accommodating here in Monroe!

Verna was super helpful. Have had many unpleasant experiences with other post offices, but this one had kind and courteous employees, and even though the wait was long, as with all post offices, this experience was much nicer.

Very professional and very patient with some very rude individuals. It’s a busy PO, and they get the job done.

I have never had a problem here. There may be lines at times, but they move fast, the service is fast and knowledgeable. I'm always in and out without a problem.

Lisa the supervisor was really helpful and very understanding about my packages being late.

Spoke with Tim, who couldn't have been more patient & understanding with an error on my 85 year old Mother's part. Thanks Tim for a job well done!!!!

The postal employees are very knowledgeable and nice and are overworked.
