7-Eleven

This Seven Eleven has more in it than any other Seven Eleven I've been to. They have toys, fireworks, full bottles of lotion/shampoo/sunscreen, their employees are very nice and they keep the store clean

Terrible customer service from the males who work in the store. Also if you’re looking to use 7 rewards to get the deal for a cheaper large coffee this location isn’t able to offer that. You come in here in the morning and there’s like 5 coffees made that are at the bottom of their container so the coffee is not fresh and the selection could be good, but it’s also terrible. If you have another 7-11 near you go give them your business and not this one.

Worst service I have ever experienced at a 711! This last August, I purchased a beach umbrella for $40. After walking far on the beach to my family the umbrella was broken. I decided I’ll go exchange it when it was time to leave because of the long walk. I went to exchange it with my dad and the manager (Mohammed) yelled at us stating he would not change it. I didn’t have the receipt but asked him to check the card I used to buy it. He refused and stated I should’ve came back earlier not at the end of the day after the sun is down. Then he told me to return tomorrow when I live over an hour away??? My dad tried to explain that we were far and I wasn’t asking for a refund, I just wanted a different umbrella. He got very loud and rude to us in front of all the customers. People were staring and shocked at his behavior. I asked for the general managers number and he refused to give it to me. It was very embarrassing to be treated like that. I’ve never experienced such a rude manager with absolutely ZERO customer service skills and ZERO conflict resolution skills. & from what I’m reading with the other reviews, the management has been an issue for a while. Which is sad because this is such a great family location! I ended up putting the umbrella on the counter, grabbed a new one and wished him a good day. No way I was leaving there with $40 down the drain and a broken umbrella. Smh worst experience ever!!!

Had some high expectations for this store seeing how it was in a nice neighborhood.however when my friends and I entered and where looking for snacks a worker approached and said “ clear the aisle , this isn’t a place for talking it’s for buying “ we were holding the merchandise and still perusing the aisle trying to decide what to purchase and he still felt the need to tell us to move along . Not cool :/

Don't patronize this operation! The owner is a thief, he stole $450 as part of his cash app scam. They are dishonest people and should be banned. Stay away from his location!

Fake closing time, was closed when supposed to be open. Twas an unnecessary inconvenience.

This is the worst 7 Eleven I’ve ever been to. The people are so nasty and they yelled at you for no reason and they didn’t give me change. It always smells in there and the service is terrible!

walked miles for a bag of cheese puffs (the only show in town) walk back, to find a rotten bag of puffs a YR old mold filled trash, who sells this and for almost $7 a bag rotten trash BUGS

They are scammers! One price on the shelf but another on the receipt!
Check your receipt and count change!
