Great experience here at the location off Chapman and State college. Jerry was the gentleman that helped me out. He politely informed me that he was helping another customer and would be right with me. I already knew what I wanted and he found the TV which only one was left to my luck. He was honest and told me to take pictures of the box that had some rips on it just in case when I get home and there was damage I could bring it back. He also qualified me for the best buy credit card. No interest for a year so I had to take that. Thanks Jerry. Smooth transaction.

Customer service is good. I specifically went here to get a new head unit for my car with geek squad. While I did have to wait an additional 45 minutes the installation was faster than expected and the technician even guided me through the head unit. It came out really good.

Just had an awesome customer service from Sandy at the appliance area. I asked her for help with getting a copy of the purchase receipt from 6 yrs ago. She kindly checked and provided that they only retain past 3 yr data at the store. As I was leaving their store, she came running to catch me to give me a 800# and said they might be able to help. Wow, who does that these days??? She totally put herself in my shoes and tried all she could to help in anyway she can. Thank you, Sandy. You made my day.

Order my Samsung tablet online was able to pick it up the next day, was helped in the front by Jenny, she had a great attitude and provided great service in a timely manner will be coming here for more of my products

We went to buy a keyboard to add on my husband iPad . Jenny P was great with answering are questions and helping us . The store did not have what we were looking for. Jenny was really kind and help look for an other location were it could be ship to Fullerton. Jenny was very friendly and kind

Came here today to look at refrigerator options. We’d been shopping online but wanted to come and look at some samples. They had a pretty big selection and while we were looking an employee offered assistance. He answered our questions and helped us look up things he didn’t know.

One thing that I was extremely appreciative of was that on almost every other shelf or display counter was a sanitation station. They had wipes and sanitizers readily available for you. Considering how much touching is involved, I appreciate their efforts. Most places you go to have one sanitizer pump at the entrance and half the time it’s empty. By doing this they give the option to the shopper if they want to use it.And make it available for those who do.

The Geek Squad staff, starting with Becky and later with Gabriel, on to the delivery agent, whose name I missed, were truly outstanding from start to finish in resolving a serious laptop issue I had. They delivered ahead of schedule and exceeded my expectations in every way. It was worth every penny!
Also, a shout out to Sergio who helped me with the purchase of a microwave. He too was a cut above for courtesy and service. Overall a great experience the day after Black Friday.

Visited Best Buy for a trading card sale but was initially disappointed by the setup—cards weren't displayed and required barcode scans to check stock, then staff assistance to retrieve from various store locations. However, associate Malik turned the experience around with his exceptional service. Despite the items being scattered like a scavenger hunt, Malik's positive attitude and determination made our trip not just bearable, but enjoyable. His effort made all the difference, finding us the card we wanted. Management should streamline this process to help both customers and staff. Big thanks to Malik for going above and beyond!

I bought a new head/radio from the Fullerton store for my 04 Nissan. I really appreciated the sales rep(Josh) not trying to oversell me and directing me to just what I needed. The Anaheim store does the installation, and their expert Brett did a fine job and showed me the basics on how it operates. I definitely recommend them and will return for any other needs.

They are such a great bargain on items and the compassion they have towards paying customers is amazing. They love there jobs and work as hard as people with careers do! All with a smile!

These guys are super helpful I didn't have to wait at all. Stephen carried out my huge new TV for us, but do anyone that's reading this don't take a Corvette to go pick up the TV you best have a truck

The service was great!! We wanted to buy a TV. And it happened to be one up on the wall. Josue (staff member) was fast to bring it down for us. Bubble wrapped it and even ordered a part for us to pick up at another store. We might have to go back because the remote control doesn't work 🤪

My shopping experience was great today. I went to purchase ink cartridges for my Epson XP-6100 🖨 printer. Kenia was excellent 👌 with customer care and was devoted to help me find the correct items prior to my purchase...And then Mr. Zakk with a double K appeared and only made the experience better.
