Excellent customer service from this place. Walked in and upgraded my phone in a short amount of time. All my options were clearly laid out by the sales rep and Manager (Jevon). Really appreciate having an AT&T store closer to home!

I walked in and and asked to have my glass protector replace. The sales person, said a quick hi. He was with another customer. There was an other employee just sitting there we waited five minutes, which wasn’t a problem. When he came over to help, after explain I have the unlimited glass protector he had an attitude and was very rude. I left without the protector.

The day after Christmas and we tried to get in when it said it opened at 10 and it was locked. We then called someone and they said they were just running 40 minutes late. We then gave them some time and later when we came back it was still closed.
