Burger King

My husband and I haven't been to BK in over a year since our last visit wasn't so good. This time was completely different: great food with fast service, and there were no menu items unavailable. The place was also spotlessly clean. We won't wait so long for our next visit, pleasantly surprised by the turn-around!

I took a chance I went here about a year ago and it was a horrible experience this time was amazing the staff was friendly service was amazing and fast didn't have to wait long for my food it was hot and fresh I will go back

Every Friday we meet and enjoy the food, the service and atmosphere. They get really busy, but do the very best they can being short staffed.

The floors are clean, the whoppers and fries are better than ever, the onion rings are as good as I remember when I was a kid, the seats are also clean and the service is outstanding.

Great food. Fresh and hot. It was a very hot 90degree day and We went thru with 3 of our dogs, the man at the drive thru window gave us 3 sundae size cups of vanilla ice cream for them as he's handing them to us, he says to the pups they may have their burgers but I got something even better for you guys.. they were onnnn cloud 9 after

Final edit: editing from a 4 to a 5 because they've really turned themselves around. I actually look forward to coming here now. I learned about the blacklisted foods, and the food is always fresh at this store, even if you may have to wait a minute or two. I hope they get the recognition of all their hard work they deserve.

Placed an order online, paid for it. Turns out this BK doesn’t even carry some of the stuff I ordered. Wish that was communicated through the app before paying!! Also wish you still had the soda machine. That was the only real reason worth coming here.
The people were friendly though. Busy, but happy to see me and nice.
Get frozen drinks. If you’re gonna offer something, carry it in every store.

We had a bad experience at west lebanon store and were even hung up on afterwards. Called Claremont Burger King and spoke with the manager (Elijah) and he reported it to the district manager and had handle everything like a manager should and beyond. Great service at Claremont 5 star review and west lebanon is -5 review!

Food was fresh , friendly quick staff.

I have to be honest, at first when I saw no cars in the parking lot I got nervous , but after going to the drive thru and dealing with the worker( who was great and even though they were out of Rodeo Burger patties , helped me with a whopper sized rodeo burger instead) they were actually really nice, every time I go all my stuff is there and tastes fresh , and is great....
And if you look on any food with pick ups app/site it says not all items listed will be at THAT certain location you want.....i figured that was kind of common knowledge ...it's a gamble ...can't expect every thing to get it right for you..
Sometimes you have to actually call the restaurant and check...or use an area on the
website to find out location based menus ;)
Also ...sometimes yes I do have to wait a bit and there is 1 guy who can be a little snappy sometimes...but by then end of what must be AN AWESOME DAY with so many entitled, impatient people sometimes the way you handle yourself can stink and I get that so I try to be understanding and hope that maybe being nice even when being snapped at can make someone pause and realize what they are doing and be kinder....

Claremont NH, sice Lori took over as manager, the food is hot fresh and comes out quick at the drive thru. It is so delicious now, you can tell she orders the buns daily for freshness. Wow what a huge difference. I absolutely love going there now. Thank you Lori.

5 star because we are allowed to park our truck and ride out of the parking lot. I know nothing of actual burger King

I just left this place store #2512 and will never go there again first the were "out of" everything but regular whoppers and apparently cheese because out of the three burgers I order for my wife son and myself my sons Jr. Whopper was the only one that had it even though I asked for it and then asked to make sure when it didn't show up on the screen then I had to reorder almost completely at the window because the value meals I ordered would only come with a drink if we wanted diet coke so I paid and went about waiting for the food thinking this place has gone way downhill since the last time I was here. Then I'm looking over the receipt and thinking how did I only get a single $1 bill in change my total was $37.07 and I paid her 2 $20s ok everyone makes misstakes when they are rushing do when she came back to the window with my food I asked if she could fix it and was absolutely floored when her responelse was "No I don't have any quarters" so I offered the 7 cents a to make it an even $2 in change and again with the the attitude I was told it's only a dollar and change it's not that big a deal is it if your done complaining now there's a line behind you.. if that was the end of it at this point wonderful I just spent a dollar and change to learn I will not be going back but it was not the kids meal was a smashed burger and half frozen french fries for everyone I tried to call from the parking lot to get the lady's name but after 10 repeated calls I'm guessing they just aren't going to answer a call to the district branch and they were no better there response was yea we get a lot of complaints about the claremont store....so ok its cool your gonna do what about it? I honestly just can't get over how such a place is ok with running a business that way.

The App deals are great! I went through the drive thru at almost 10pm. Everything was cooked to order, and the food was hot. The kitchen guy and bagger lady did a great job. Even had all the sauces with my meal!!!

Although the manager didn't have much help he did his very best to please people. Thank you to gentle who was under enormous stress. Our time are tough customers should show some compassion 😉

BK Claremont NH drive thru was fast and accurate. 2 whoppers for $5.00...what a deal and the 8 spicy nuggets for $1.00. you can't go wrong.

The food was good but they need help we were in the drive thru for almost 45 mins. Y'all need to get more employees or figure out how people can improve

they are taking good steps to maintain social distancing. Food takes a bit longer than most fast food places, but that's minor. The building needs work, but that doesn't affect the dining experience. I would recommend going here over Mcd's during Covid-19

Food is generally hot most of time...you wait a few extra mins. But it's oh so worth it!! Enjoy all!!

What a wild place. My absolute favorite location. The GM is a cool dude to talk to. Would recommend mescaline behind the dumpsters again
