AT&T Store

My mother and I came in switching from another carrier at on 10/6, a Friday night. Cody was immaculate at helping us get a plan and new phones we both liked. He didn’t try to just make a sale and talk us into buying even more stuff or upselling us like crazy. He was very helpful at transferring things to our new phones, answering questions, and explaining everything. Another gentleman there assisted as well and he was very helpful. A great first experience. Highly recommend

Have had good experiences here, from adding / dropping lines to our plan to buying and trading in phones. The reps here are very good at explaining policies and breaking down the billing side of things when we’ve changed items on our plan. Highly recommend this location.

Alex S., retail consultant, at the New Hartford Location was terrific. He assisted us setting up new accounts and painlessly switched all our devices. He was extremely knowledgeable of the product and services offered by AT&T. I cant recommend this location enough.

Great customer service! Everyone there is always very nice and helpful. I've never had to wait long at all and Austin was able to help me figure out how to file a claim for my broken phone and get my replacement very easily.

Rachel and Mason are amazing. I’ve been with another carrier for years and had an employee at another location put a lot of pressure on me. I’m so glad we decided to try another store instead of another company. Rachel helped us understand everything we chose clearly. The absolute transparency speaks volumes about the company and her as an employee. The New Hartford location is fantastic.

The people that work in their are great. They get to customers as quickly as possible. They are very knowledgeable about the phones and other products they sell.

I got here and the staff surely were honest and didn't sell me their locked phones but suggested Best Buy. So very helpful 🙂 and they don't just sell you the simcard, they'll first find out if your phone is compatible.

So I tried porting a number from Verizon to AT&T over the phone. After 2 weeks and several calls later I decided to walk into the local store in New Hartford, NY.

In so doing Rach immediately walked over and asked my wife and I how can I help and began doing just that. She listened to our concerns and provided us options and a solution not previously raised by any of the representatives we spoke with over the phone.
She took our personal details and before we knew it had us in our way.

Our recommendation for anyone visiting this store is ask for Rach, She was thoughtful and understanding. We appreciate all your help during this time.

There is an amazing rep inside this store. She was knowledgeable and assistance ready as soon as I entered. Seriously you always want a quality experience and she gave it .I even expressed it on my way out the door .she was equipment knowledgeable and also helped me with comparing devices .GREAT JOB. anyone in this area should not have an issue when visiting this store .GREAT JOB

I went in a little nervous and not sure what I wanted to do Tyler was absolutely fantastic we ended up adding two lines getting an upgrade and DirecTV and still save money after getting away from Time Warner. Tyler is super knowledgable super friendly and honest. I did have to call the next day and spoke to Rich who also was very knowledgeable and pleasant. This is why I have been a customer for several years and would never change. the prices and the customer service are way better than you'll get any results

I went in to get a price quote about adding my daughter to my line, and the young lady that helped me her name was Kayla, was absolutely amazing. Only to give me a price quote but she actually saved me money because I was on the wrong plan she gave me more for Less which I am so grateful for because everybody can save some money.

Went to the New Hartford store in NY. Had very good experience and was pleased with the customer service. I forgot the young ladies name. It was on Tuesday 7/21/2020. Very patient and helpful. My gf got the purple iPhone 11. Thank you!

Helped me with my phone, when no other stores were able to! They immediately fixed the issues with my SIM card and number, and helped me set my phone up 100% for no issues! AMAZING! I will come here again if I ever need help!

Awesome store and great staff and Ashten the manager was super knowledgeable and helpful too!!! They helped me with everything that I needed and it was a breeze! They hooked me up with TV and some new phones! Definitely recommend this store!

Commended for the very helpful staff. I would recommend this well above the lisenced retailer in Rome, NY. As a matter of fact in the short time we were getting our new contract set up by one of the staff we overheard three sets of customers complain of issues caused by (to varying degree) the Rome store. If you have to get a phone plan get it from the real deal.

Got the perfect phone excellent help. The only issue was memory. I needed 512gb. And store only had 256gb
