I'm prefacing this review with I had a really horrid week but I went to pay my bill in store. The gentleman, I don't remember his name, was very kind considering I pulled on the door at 10:03 a.m. We chatted for a few minutes and I went on my way.
Cricket is the first store to ever really work with me when I had a major issue. I'd recommend them for a service provider anytime.

I have been to cricket before but this dynamic duo really knew what they were doing. They made my visit the highlight of my weekend by knowing the answers to my questions with confidence and getting me a good deal.

Love, love, love Kalia! She is one of THE best customer service representatives I have ever dealt with. She is polite, funny, knows the merchandise and makes sure that her customers have had their questions answered and concerns solved before they leave the store. She is an asset to the store and company. I switched from Strait Talk because of her.

We love Kaleah! she is the absolute best manager this company could ever have!

Best experience I've ever had with any customer service person. I'm smartphone illiterate and Avery had me covered on everything. Transferring photos, apps, etc. Had a selection of cases out before I even asked. Truly the best experience I could have asked for. The cricket in West Allis is closer to me but will be driving the extra 10 mins. from now on. Don't go to any other cricket retailer and be sure to ask for Avery. Cricket needs to give this man a raise!!

Gal who works there named "Zindy" is super accommodating (above & beyond; very rare!). cricket is lucky to have- and should most definitely give her some kind of a raise.

I love coming to this place they are always helpful and they always have a smile they are always willing to help with any issues we have on our phones and is the only location i am willing to go to.
