Nate took time to determine that the trouble I experienced is not a Tmobile issue but a SIM card problem instead. He performed thorough diagnostics, switched the SIM card, and was delightful to deal with. I’m glad I left Verizon two years ago!

They did great. Helped me switch carriers and made sure I was receiving the programs I was eligible for. 10 out of 10 hands down I will drive the 30 min to deal with them direct

I had service that was above and beyond. I upgraded my phone and Kristen set it up for me. transferred all the info from the old. I also had purchased a Google pixel watch elsewhere and she paired it w my phone. I was having trouble w it so I went back and Victoria did a factory reset. Between the two of them they spent a lot of time with me and were gracious and helpful. I also love my T mobile service. I live by the lake and it is always reliable.

I walked in needing a new Sim card and a young man named Chase assisted me so efficiently with the utmost of friendliness and courtesy sans I was on my way. Chase and the girls in that

Matt at the Madison T-Mobile was very attentive and helpful. He helped us switch over and get an upgrade on my phone. Matt is awesome and I highly recommend him!
