Taylor was awesome. I was able to get my questions answered quickly and assistance when I needed it. She was professional. Also, I was looking for mattresses and this store (two notch) had what I needed in stock.

I can find what I need at Lowe's. I prefer the friendly atmosphere. Workers are helpful and you can get in and get out. Found a product online and found it in the store.

Great time shopping for storage containers

Found the other night stand that I brought from garners Ferry rd store did not have another one. The employees at both locations are very nice and friendly .

I truly love the prices at Big Lots. They have came a long way. The setup is nice and it really has a department store feel. It's a one-stop shop for me especially for things needed in my household. I do not have to pay an arm and a leg for alot of the items in the store. The customer service was good as well. Big Lots is becoming a smaller version of Walmartbut much better.

Lots of variety. Prices are reasonable. Los of cute things. Snack options were great.

Well my story Feb. 23, 2019, I purchase dresser and chess drawer. It took me over two weeks to open the box. Once I opened 3/12/2019 I found it wasn’t what I ordered. I called spoke with the store manager Vince/Vincent once he verified my info. My delivery was setup for the next day. 03/13/2019 around 10am. My customer service with Big Lots, was Superior Best customer service since... Thanks Big lots management and staff.

Very nicely priced items. Stopped by while I was waiting for my food to get ready at a restaurant nearby. Bought some Easter candy and other things. Very clean, very nice people working there.

This stores always well stocked. I went in for HDMI cables and had many to choose from.
I walked back to the home comfort items. They had so many baskets to choose from , pictures frames. A tremendous amount of decorating items.
They even have cleaning supplies.
Also furniture. Employees are friendly and eager to help you find anything.
The stores clean and always have a great selection.

Great product selections with incredibly competitive prices. Clean facility inside and outside, great lighting for an effective shopping experience. Staff is helpful and professional. Check out was decently rapid. Convenient locations and parking. 👍🏿👍🏿

Fun to browse. Pay attention to your buys, as some items aren't deals.

To start with, BIG LOTS has made a vast improvement in the store on Two Notch Road. It's a lot lighter, more organized, and, excuse the expression, "junky" as it has been in past years. The quality of their products has greatly improved, plus, new entrance and exit doors, of which is a welcome change. Try this store for a change. (06/09/19).
