The menu items are really tasty, but I wish they would bring back the vegetarian sausage, breakfast sandwiches again!

When I ordered my munchkin donuts, they were given to me within a few minutes, but I had to wait a while for my hot chocolate.

You can use cash and pay with your phone for your order or orders.

Also, I wish that this Dunkin location would add accessible ways for people with disabilities to open and close the doors and accessible menus for people with low or no vision.

The girls are always so nice and they know what I get every time I go there. Especially in the afternoon and evening. They make my drink just about perfect every time I go.

The drive thru line service in the morning is slow! I don't understand why if a customer places a large order why not just have them pull ahead and take the order out to them rather than back the line up. Also the donuts are not worth the price they charge for them. Used to go there in the evening for coffee and a donut but when you approach the counter to place your order you get the feeling you are bothering them.
By far not one of the better DD.

Love this location,my ice coffee are always good and wait time is minimal,those guys be hustling,don't let the long drive through line fool you they mo e fast.

Elm road Dunkin' donuts is absolutely the best. Can get in and out of there through the drive-thru with no hassles and no mistakes every time. I try others and they're just not the same they take a lot longer not as organized and definitely not the same cup of coffee every time

I wish id have gotten her name, but unfortunately I didn't. This is by far the best DD I've been to. 2hrs away from my home...again- unfortunate 😕 none the less the store was spotless, the food was fresh- hashbrown, donuts, bagley chive cream cheese bites...drinks were made excellent and MOSTLY- HER CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS TOP NOTCH!! Also this location smelled gr8. No harsh cleaning smell... just gr8 food and cofee😁 thx again

Had a free medium coffee Monday. Today was the last one. I asked for one tsp. of sugar only with cream. It was on spot! Thanks to Niles, Ohio Dunkin Donuts!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This is a very good Dunkin donuts to go to they work very hard every single time to make sure that every customer is happy with what they order today when I was there so many people were too the workers were working their butts off to get it all done. Very efficient. Eventhough everytime you go to an establishment it should be the same. I've noticed with some it depends who makes it (even though it shouldnt) every time I go to this dunkin, my coffee is perfect.

The best Dunkin around!! I always get a coffee before I go to work in the evenings, especially on weekends. I go through the drive through, and get a medium iced coffee with cream and 1 and a half shots of mocha. There is one blonde haired girl there, I don't know her name and I'm not sure what she does, but she makes it THE BEST I've ever had! Thanks for making my night better before I have to work a long shift!

Love Dunkin and this one in particular. I live in warren, on Eastland, but drive out of my way to support this store. They have friendly, quick service!! However, the same is true of most dunkin locations. What sets this location apart, is they offer $.99 sweet teas. Most other locations charge $2.39 - $2.89 (the same as the price of their iced coffee) for a cup of tea. While it is not a major deal, I appreciate this small gesture. Is the $1.40 difference a big one? No! But the fact that other stores over charge $1.40 for tea, definitely makes a difference in my mind. So much so, that I bypass two Dunkin' closer to me to go to this location. Customer loyalty starts with Customer loyalty 🤷‍♀

Always friendly. Sometimes the drive thru line is very long but they get through it as fast as they can. Always good quality

The coffee here is always freshly made and piping hot. The staff is really concerned that you have an awesome experience. Plus the prices are unbelievably good.

I stop and get my coffee every morning. I love all the team members that work there. My coffee is always how i want it and they even take the time to ask how my day is and if i had to work.

I love this dunkin! I go out of my way to go here. The very rarely screw my order up and I'm there at least twice a day since they opened! We even have "coffee 30" at work. Aka dunkin run!
