The UPS Store

I don't typically comment but the customer service I received was awesome today . I am not a tech or Amazon savvy and I had a return. This young lady took the time to help me get it handled meanwhile also helping others . She was very polite and very helpful .

Hello to all those that have been threatening me with attempted murder with you vehicles everyday I'm not gonna change or ever get mad at any of you I'm only gonna keep being a really good loving person to all those great people that half to witness you guys trying so desperately to hide the humiliation that you guys do on to me everyday 24/7 I share my love and you guys try forcing me in to crime ... I will never do any ripe of crime because I don't half to still love you...

Many of the less than 5 star reviews are from confused people, even rating a different store or upset the store may charge a fee. It's a business.

Every time I come into this location the staff is fast, friendly and efficient.

I reviewed on yelp too but the customer service was great and it was nice to see the two girls cleaning and disinfecting while the other young man was assisting a customer who only spoke Spanish and the manager was doing a notary while also answering my questions great customer service and helpful associates the store is clean smelled nice and obviously gets disinfected regularly

Kudos to this UPS Store, they did honor the QR return code where another store didn't. Thank you!

As soon as I walked in the door was greeted with the pleasant hello Tammy helped me super friendly super nice went over and beyond she was very professional knew what he was talking about and genuinely cared keep up the good work Tammy thank you so much,, 👍👏

Walked right in and got help immediately for a Live fingerprint scan. Also had some papers printed and laminated while doing the scan process. Everyone was very nice, helpful, quick, and efficient. Thank you

Always Great Customer Service

As soon as you walk in, you notice the store smells great! There is even candy for the customers Great customer service, passport photos, mailboxes, copies, faxes,notary, packing and shipping are all excellent

This is the UPS Store by Lowe's and I have had no problems they did not charge me for oversize drop off packages has the previous reviewer had mention.

Tami the manager did such a great job during the holiday rush. I give this store 5 Stars. Efficient, friendly
