Their older advertising slogan: " Ace is the place for helpful hardware"..person is spot on for this location!! The staff knows the merchandise and the store layout. Easy access as well!

James and his crew were very helpful. They went above and beyond with getting me a new swamp cooler and all the pieces needed to get it installed.

Very helpful and always so kind. There has not been a time I was in need of a quick fix and someone here had the knowledge to help. If they can’t help you in store, they will definitely give you a place to try next.

They had what I needed, the guy at the register was very helpful and nice, and they offer a 10% military discount. ^.^

On visit today two sales associated greeted. Store was clean and well stocked. A friendly associate grilled hotdogs out front

I’m a volunteer at the Joseph Center Day Shelter every week. There are many projects for the Center I have worked on. James, the store manager has been instrumental in helping me with the essential supplies needed for these projects. James has proven his dedication to our community. His store is always well stocked. His employees are always knowledgeable, professional and eager to help. This Ace Hardware is my go to place. Thank you so much James and all your wonderful employees!

Ace-North Avenue staff has been so helpful in helping me find what I needed. When what I wanted was sold out because of sale, they were nice enough to order for me. Then when it came in, it was delivered and unloaded to my home. My new favorite hardware store!

Great customer service and good pricing

I had the best experience at this store with James. I came in there w seeming my life was in shambles. My bnb had black widows a d I was afraid I'd have to shut it down for a while. James was the most helpful and caring person I have ever spoken to at a store. He took me right to the spray I needed, and even came by my home and showed me how to use it. James deserves so much from this business. He put himself last and the customer first. I will never go to another Ace Hardware when I need something. I will always ask for James. In my ho est opinion, that gentleman needs a raise!!!!

James was extremely knowledgeable & helpful in helping us eliminate our bug problem, inside & outside of our home. He really knows his stuff, and went above & beyond to make sure that we were taken care of. It’s worth skipping the other hardware stores & going to Ace on North Ave because of James!

The manager on duty is a pleasure to do business with. I want to say her name is Angie. She helped me sign up for a rewards card, find the right paint brush and even did a return for me with no hassles. Even though she was short staffed she kept positive and her customer service was amazing! I would work for Ace Hardware because of her attitude and professionalism. Thank you(:

This hardware store is by far the best store for a multitude of reasons. it's one of the few places in town that have people that are happy to have you shopping at their store. They are respectful, kind and are ready to help with whatever you need. They have a fantastic selection of just about everything from name brand power tools like Stihl, Craftsman and Milwaukee, to premium interior exterior paint and finishes, to gardening and supplies to complete any projects or honey-do lists you have. To my surprise, they carry General Hydroponics, which is what I used for the first year of growing and had great results. Just check out the pictures and see some of the great products they carry. Definately my new favorite hardware store!!

This Ace store was great! I went there to get my new keyfob programmed to my Chrysler. It appeared that the young man who was helping me was not real familiar with the procedure. But, he persisted through all the challenges with the cabling and connection to the OBD! Although it took several attempts and the fact the my wheelchair van has some added electronics that effect how you start it, the young man was able to successfully program my keyfob. The price was very reasonable, especially compared to what the Chrysler dealer was charging! :-)

We stopped in to Ace Hardware on North Avenue and werr very impressed with the high quality service we received. Steve was extremely helpful and helping us find information about what we needed. I would highly recommend Ace hardware. Great staff!
