November 2023 - this reincarnation of Pet Smart is wonderful, colorful and lively. It's like a whole new pet world. I went to buy a b'day present for my kitty now age 7. I hoped they would have something.
Well, they had lots of somethings. She is having the best birthday ever this morning

Bella and staff has groomed our curly labradoodle twice and by far has out down any groomer that we've been to in the last 4 years. I highly recommend her

Just had an awesome trip to petsmart.

I went to the store to purchase pretty kitty litter, I went to the back of the store and looked around for it, could not find it and went back to the front of the store to ask for help.

I ran into a wonderful employee named Kaylee, a very kind and amazing young woman. I told her that I am disabled. I have a hidden disability that is not easily seen.

She quickly and efficiently radiod her coworker Jackie who got the specific litter I requested and brought it to the front of the store. Jackie was wonderful and kind. Very understanding and nice.

That helped me not have to walk to the back of the store again.
I called the store to praise the team with compliments, Jackie answered LOL. I guess she is a manager, I told her I could not compliment the compliment to the compliment haha.

That is when I spoke with another manager Michaela. Another awesome employee, to tell this story and get them much deserved recognition.

You have a very professional team here at the Grand junction store.

Was there the past two days in a row...Dawn the cashier and Mike the Asst Mgr are the best ever!!! Their knowledge, customer service skills and willingness to help in any way they can, are above and beyond!!! Pet Smart is extremely lucky to have these two on their payroll! Keep up the good work!!!

PetSmart never really comes up short but I still will never be a fan of overpriced stuff being sold at American made prices. Not PetSmart's fault but it's a concern as always. Just bought a medium dog kennel there yesterday and the price was competitive and it was well built.

The dog trainer is absolutely amazing! He knows dogs and absolutely loves them. He definitely speaks their language. Highly recommend.

We have enjoyed through GJ PetSmart products of a wide range, have purchased fish, gone to dog training classes. Has always gone well

The grooming department is so accommodating to my rescue! Store is clean and easy to navigate.

If you're looking for a dog trainer, look no further. Sean Perry is the real deal.

We didn't know how to communicate with our dog that we ended up rescuing - he had severe separation anxiety, didn't know any basic commands, would get distracted by any and every noise. We took him to PetSmart out of desperation one day, booking private classes with Sean to start working on separation anxiety. Now we are in every class Sean offers.

He is attentive and patient to the real problem in dog training, the humans ;) And is genuinely cares and loves our dog as much as we do. Our dog is more excited to see Sean than he is to see us!

It's been less than six months and we have a completely different dog than we had when we first brought him in to learn how to communicate better with him. We are eternally grateful for Sean and the opportunity to learn from him.

Ordered online and received the notice that my order was ready for pick up only two hours later. Fast and easy.

Took my Great Pyrenees in for a cut, wash ext. And WOW he never looks so good. 100% recommend.

The guppies are half the price they were at petco and unlike their competitor, petsmart didn’t have any dead fish floating around! I’m so happy we left that store and came to petsmart instead. We picked up five beautiful little fish. The employee that helped us was great and recommended what water conditioner and food to buy. Great experience!

Love this Petsmart! Trainers are friendly and informative and grooming salon is top notch! Cheeseburger loved his bath and I loved that since he was afraid of the dryer the groomer sat and towel dried him even though it takes much more time!

Daisy was so knowledgeable and helpful, we love her

I get my dogs groomed here and they do a good job. I tend not like big chains, but when new to an area, this was helpful because I know this store.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Took my dog Bam Bam in for a grooming and Liz took great care of him. He loved her and she did a fantastic job!

Pet Smart was awesome when our 7lb Chiwienny was injured in the Store, not Banfield so much. PetSmart paid for the Emergency care for our dog to have part if his tail was caught in the groomer's door, after Banfield, our vet, in this store, refused to take care of our dog.
