Shannon and her team members were great. One of my favorite Game Stop in the OKC area. Employees seem very lively unlike the ones in Yukon. The items that I pre-ordered consistently arrive in excellent condition.

Well organized and very clean, this is the best gamestop I've been to in my life and amazing merchandise.

I have absolutely been blown away with the level of service I have received while patronizing this location! My guy Carlos has consistently come through for me above and beyond. When I've normally received the opposite at Gamestop. Carlos is a shining of example of great customer service, friendly attitude, and I will always shop at this location. I drive from Edmond by many Gamestops, but I know I will always be given the absolute best service at the Reno spot with Carlos!

Thank you again Carlos if you see this. Management you better do something with this guy, before another company poaches him. Definitely a future leader in your company.

Went to this particular location to purchase a game, and was extremely satisfied with how neat the store was. The prices were great as well. Carlos was very nice, great at checking us out, and very informational about the yearly membership.

I went in to buy some Pokemon TCG product. Tyler was the one who helped me out. He was very knowledgeable with the various boxed Pokemon product I had no clue about and I was able to make my purchase decision easy. Thanks again for the great experience.

This is the second time I went into the store. I am a newbie when it comes to gaming. The lady at the register was extremely patient with me and helped me a lot. She knew I am not going to spend a lot and still helped me like I was a very valuable customer. We rarely see this great customer service. Amazing.

Gabe was amazing, he made sure that I knew I had to pre order Zelda game in order to get it at midnight tonight!

I'm really glad this store got new management staff. We had almost stopped going here due to previous bad experiences. This time was nothing but great. We found all kinds of cool stuff on their clearance which was actually buy one get one free. Their used games selection was much better this time, and the woman informed me that we should be upgrade to a Pro membership due to the amount of points we had for just a regular membership. They also gave me a little bit of information about their layaway starting at the end of the month and going through Christmas.

The reason we decided across town too this store over all the other ones is because of the boiii Davon, he supplies that fire service with being very knowledgeable with all the products I asked him about and being super legitimately nice about it as well great guy! Also we were only going too get one of two games and he went out of his way for us even being super slammed with customers too find them in the drawers and the back snd found them both so we went ahead and got them both because of the amazing customer service this dude deserves a raise!!

Had more Xbox games available than the one in the mall. Very clean store. The manager was helpful and friendly and assisted in picking a game a game I was looking for.

Seasonal employees usually bug me, but the regular employees there are always nothing less than perfect. By far the best GameStop. Even worked their way to a Prestige store. Obviously an excellent atmosphere brought with superb intelligence.

Very helpful staff. Needed to purchase a gift card for my grandson and they helped me choose the correct card and got everything taken care of. Couldn't ask for anything more

Traded a lot of games in got a very good prices I am a pro member and everybody was helpful they was very busy too and I still got seen real fast

I looked all over town for a Skylander's game that my son wanted. Not only did the store hold the game for us, they also price matched it for us. I was completely satisfied with the level of services that I received from this store and would highly recommend it to anyone! We are customers for life, thank you!

Very nice customer service, Very quick to help you out,.
One time I went in there and they had a lil smell and come to find out it was a lil carbon lake or something, and they rushed us outside immediately and call the fire department, and they're pretty fast for make sure their customer are okay, made sure we were good.

Has the best stock in town the. manager knows what they're doing here. please stop by if you get a chance.
